I arrived in France last night for a few days R&R and to help with the withdrawal symptoms from trading. If anyone is close to Le Touquet this weekend and fancies a beer let me know!
Last week Ruth was runner up for the accolade of MoneyAm poster of the week. Following that disappointment she decided to take revenge by dressing up as a Nun and attack Bullshare in a busy London Bar. Her excellent postings on AM are a mix of good trading ideas and humour so this week the financial worlds top accolade of a can of Banks best bitter has to go to her!

Curiousity demands that I ask why you were banned from ADVFN. Wrong color socks?

MM, I tried to get banned for ages, without success, as I resented the obstacles put in the way of downgrading, and also the banning of several posters that I enjoyed and respected. Finally I wrote cancelling my sub. and posted that I had done so, and received no acknowledgement despite sending it recorded delivery, I think I referred to a J.Arthur outfit..and have not been able to get in since.

It looks like I've just got the same treatment from ADVFN that you got. I sent six e-mails to them on the subject of downgrading (they had already acknowledged that my account would be downgraded), without reply. I then posted a sarcastic thread on the PBB and within minutes I couldn't access it again!! Bearing in mind that I am still paying a monthly subscription, they should surely either give me access again, or refund me the monthly fee. Makes no difference after next month as I'm using MoneyAM as prime source of info and it seems that a lot of the old ESI/E*Trade/ADVFN guys have 'defected' to here, so it should be quite familiar.

no monitor for two weeks but can access all other areas. email results in auto generated reply which is hopeless.
