balerboy,
Not sure, but I don't see this possible reverse takeover as being good for MMD holders, but of course I may be wrong!
I think MMD were drinking in the last chance saloon, and this is their chance to salvage something, as i don't think they could get a placing away to either private investors, nor the institutions.

Balerboy,
On other BB's the holders seem to be more optimistic, so hopefully I'm wrong.
I have read they may announce some details next week, so we'll have to see.

balerboy,
Still not convinced personally by this, and when I start to read ramping style posts on other BB's, and comments like "MMD directors have screwed them to the wall", I become even more doubtful!
Given that we know MMD were drinking in the last chance saloon financially, and were virtually bankrupt, IMHO their ONLY OPTION was a deal such as this!
On that basis, if we know it, and the city knows it, what chance the Scotty directors have heard of it too?
Good luck all holders, re listing in July looks to be on the cards, then we will see what the market thinks of this deal.

taquila,
very true!
Of more concern will be the state of the market when they relist, although they may have some small latitude in choosing the time.
