Been talked about on the FT site today. Interest starting to increase, but could be a long wait for profitability. However, target price 100p but with no time indication.

Futura Gene says that the scheme of arrangement and associated reduction of capital in connection with the recommended all cash offer by Suzano Trading Limited for FuturaGene, became effective today.

The Company's AIM listing will be cancelled tomorrow (14th july 2010).
