Ian,
Which subscription level covers live streaming, mine is also delayed when it wasn't previously?

Hi Ian, the trades page is working now along with the Stockwatch. Thanks.
The FTSE 100 stream next to Status : connected to stream has always been working in streaming, it seems to be flashing today as well though the time is behind by fifteen mintes, hence the current display is :
FTSE 100 : 4335.30 -2.60 (-0.06%) @09.37

Ian,
FTSE 100 fifteen minutes behind all morning. This never used to be the case, so I'm not sure what you meant about subscription level?

Guys,
You would need to be on one of our Plus Levels (i.e Active Plus, Premier Plus, Level 2 plus)

Ian,
I've never been on any Plus level but always had streaming FTSE with no (well, minimal) delay.
Are you saying there has been a change in the basic service provision? Because this would be quite a significant downgrade to the usefulness of the stockwatch page. You would have streaming shares but no streaming FTSE, no way to compare the two without going to the UKX chart! And what would be the point of keeping the chart streaming without the stockwatch ticker?
I'm hoping this is just some misunderstanding/day one glitch! Off out for the afternoon.
Regards Chris

Dexter; The time stamp at the top of staockwatch refers to the FTSE time stamp not the share prices.. You will see all stock prices and trades live (for confirmation always look at trade time)
madison. FTSE ( live) has only be available to those that subscribe to it(Premium Plus, Active Plus and Level 2 Plus). If anyone had live before and they were not on those levels it was in error, and a bonus, which is now put right, sorry about that!

So am I (and SueHelen, if I understand correctly) the only ones to have been living "in error" for many months with a streaming FTSE on the stockwatch page?
I'd be interested to know whether others have had the same facility without knowing that they shouldn't have had it!

Madison,
I have a firewall problem at work which means I can only use non-streaming stockwatch, which gives delayed ftse, at home streaming is ok, with real-time ftse, I figured it out but kept quiet.

Me too Windy. Nearly had a heart attack when I logged into Stockwatch this moning. Even yesterday evening prices were miles different fron closing prices, and I thought I had accidently found todays starting prices being posted. If it had been I can tell you a lot of people would not be happy this morning. It looked a blood-bath.!!!!
