In the "Independent" under the "The Trading Strategies Column (Save & Spend Section)" There was a headline "Want to get in before a bid" where "Coffee Republic " was one of the companies listed for a possible Takeover.

The question is how feesable is this, and judging from its current fundamentals what is the Share price likely to fetch.

Your so right. Ive been sitting on this one for years now. I was finally ready to slash my wrists earlier this week, until I saw the share price rise, on no obvious news. Could this be a message from GOD, on good times to come. I hope so and look forward to living another day tomorrow, hoping that, Coffee Republic would break that 1p resistance level.

LONDON (AFX) - Coffee Republic PLC said Trevor Brown now holds 42.8 mln shares in the company, equivalent to 10.01 pct of its issued share capital.

Brown has gradually increased his stake in the coffee bar chain in the past few months from just over 4 pct in May.
