Over the past three months I, probably like most have benefitted from the movement in small micro - cap stock that have risen heavily on increased liquidity. The next stock, despite having benefitted from a massive surge in share price back in April, that I have focused on is Ultrasis. This company is poised to secure the ever increasing Mental Health Market both at home and in the US (Several lucrative contracts already announced)through its suite of highly effective software.
The companies web address is as follows http://www.ultrasis.co.uk
I for one have gone heavily into this stock and am prepared to wait for the realisation of its potential to kick in .I would advise others to do so

Hmmm, I'm not sure this is generally known but in an area related CCBT, ULT may be using computer-based procedures to target the epilepsy market one day, judging by this patent application published in Jan 2004:
http://www.patent.gov.uk/patent/notices/journals/2004/5984.pdf (Page 48)
It may take some time to load so here's what it says:
"Ultrasis UK Limited Apparatus and systems for the treatment of epilepsy
Date Lodged: 19 Dec 2003 GB0329518.5"
Quite technical, but this paper gives an insight into the patent apparently using a computer generated graphics procedure known as biofeedback:
http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/~hugo/yokocnvbehav.pdf
In particular, Page 3:
"2.4. GSR recording
The measurement of GSR and the implementation of biofeedback sessions (BF relax and BF arousal exercises) were undertaken using a biofeedback system (the Inner Tuner: Professional, Ultrasis Plc., London, UK) that had been modified for experimental use. Dry nickel-plated electrodes were placed on the palmar surface of the subjects index and middle finger of their left hand. The area of an electrode was approximately 1 cm2. Skin resistance was measured conventionally between the two electrodes enabling detection of changes in GSR, prompted by thought, emotion or physical tension. A calibration curve for this machine was calculated using standard resistances so that the calibration ensured that the machines response was linear. Biofeedback took the form of computer-generated graphics, presented visually on a computer monitor. Changes in the subjects skin resistance (GSR) resulted in movement through a series of animations which progressed in a positive direction starting with a picture of a jellyfish, then crocodile, dinosaur, ape and man when the subjects GSR changed in the intended direction. Thus, in the BF relax session, the subject watched the evolution of the graphics as GSR sympathetic arousal decreased. The direction of the graphic change was the same for BF arousal except that increasing arousal lead to progression through the pictures."
And here's some background to the origin of the patent:
http://thomsoncurrentdrugs.com/cdmedia/gazettenews/2004/CPG_News_0405.pdf
"Ultrasis plc, now claiming apparatus and systems for treating epilepsy, specializes in computerized, drug-free solutions enabling people to manage their well-being interactively. This is achieved using a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), biofeedback and multimedia. This is said to be based on patented technology, but virtually nothing in the published patent literature directly supports the assertion. However, a lone South African application claiming a 1999 Israeli priority serves to link Ultrasis with Ultramind Int Ltd and one of its non-executive directors, Tuvi Orbach. Patenting from Ultramind covers mainly therapy of cardiac and CNS conditions, and our DOLPHIN database serve to link it with a company called Sentitech Ltd."
Significant future development potential I would have thought!

Personally I cannot understand why anybody would be selling now. This clearly has got the attention of the UK(and prob Ireland) CC's and Govt institutions, plus HSE backing for industry sales plus a range of products plus new products and countries. Could be a global product within a few years...basically only has to be translated and launched with key health authorities/departments in major countries. If we are getting close to 1p with two CC's and a few trials plus US sales (limited so far compared with size of market), then what price when 30 CC's have it and a fair few of the 30,000 or so companies in UK? 10p might not be that far away!! (If the CC domino effect takes place then we could have UK national coverage within 6 months, and this would certainly make other countries sit up and take notice!!)

I can see 2-3p medium term - but I can't see 10p - not with the huge number of shares in issue - perhaps I need to clean my glasses but....hmm. I would love it to happen but they have to cross alot of rivers and kiss a lot of corporate frogs to get there!
Issuing shares is not easy for a co like this - because the price is so low and the shares so numerous. A longer and possibly better long term route would be to consolidate the shares into 300M instead of 900M and then make an offer at the same time - get some institutions involved - where is the rush?
