Tanfield Group is the new company name of Comeleon. As I understand it, Comoleon was getting into trouble so TAN (paerent company?) took over. Since this has happened the share price has dropped by 0.25p each day for the last week or so (on average) and are now around the 3p mark with very little activity.

Does anyone know much about this company or previously held stock in Comeleon? There is virtually no info out there other than on the company website.

Roy Stanley also bought a further 3,700,000 ordinary shares at 6.69p yesterday, I wonder why he didn't buy the whole lot in one go, would have saved him a bit!

The Company announces that it has been informed that on 9 July 2008, Darren Kell purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares at 5.85p. Following this Mr. Kell holds a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Keep up Maestro! For a second there I thought some more buying had been going on!

A conundrum: is Roy Stanley a genuine guy or a crook? Has he been hoodwinking the public at large by pretending to be an entrepreneur who thought he knew that things would work out fine or one who knew there was no chance but would take the money and run?

If it is the latter, then by buying bulk shares in Tanfield and Darwen Holdings he is merely hoping that the sp will take off and provide him with a much more profitable platform from which to jump ship.

If it is the former, then good for him for putting his money where his mouth is, so to speak!

I don't know the man, but recently have learned more about him from every source: the learning has been hard and, frankly, has given me no lucidity. I would like to think that he is genuine and really has his companies' and employees futures at heart. Call me a mug, but I am tempted to back the man!!

Having said a few days ago that I thought the figures looked too dodgy, I have today taken - well, not the plunge but a dip. Decided to take a small punt after all!

Can anybody using share bets on this company tell me the spread that they are being quoted. I use CMC and the spread appears to wander around from 2-5% which I think is extortion by the MMs.

Told you Baylis a bit of profit taking then back to 13p, lets hope for another 40% raise tomorrow!!
