If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Ian,
I have a recurrent problem with my Stockwatch and L2 prices in that they constantly freeze. The traffic light shows still connected but the screen is effectively dead. The only way to start it up again is to F5 refresh the stockwatch or click on the find company on the L2.
Is there something I should be doing to my setup to stop this as I am back to the situation of the old ADVFN concurrent L2 price feed?

TT,
This shouldn't be happening. I will talk to our Tech guys about this and see if it could be something in your system. If it happens today, can you let me know by E mailing me ian@moneyam.com then I can compare our feeds at the same time to make sure it is not a problem at this end.
Regards
Ian

I also seem to be getting the same problem as TT. Just happened on AZN L2 data.
Correct price 2492-2498 However my L2 price is 2494-97 although the orders below the ellow pce are updating.

Photomad,
That was actually a slight technical fault with our data providers that caused what you just saw.
I don't think it is related to TT's question.

There appears to be rogue orders in the Barc and HBOS order book

MoneyAm,
How about adding this thread ('Bug Report and Enhancement Request') to the
header line - alongside 'Mac/PC clinic'? People might be more incline to report bugs and request enhancement if they don't have to spend time searching around for the right thread. Perhaps, also a 'Beta' tag to collect togather all
pages which are still under beta-status (eg. heatmap, data download, market scan ...)
Thanks

mbbcat, problem fixed, Mr Euro posted a whole thread as the initial post of a new thread, which had some strange effects. I shall pass details to those who may want to know :-)

Could you highlight the threads that are the most read?
Also, it would be nice to have a *nominate poster of the week* voting button or thread rather than leaving it up to one person to decide.

The futures /FX page is showing a small window with a scroll bar. It's not very easy to read at all using the Opera browser v7.11 and JRE 1.4.1. I've tried viewing the page with a MSIE clone and it works ok with that.

Just a thought but in the early days of Moneyam there was talk about putting the time on the Level 2 screen to show when an entry had been placed on the book. I haven't heard anything more about this for a while and would be interested to know where development is on that enhancement as I believe it would be of great assistance in interpreting the book.
Any ideas on the projected deivery date?
Cheers,
TT

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but when you display a thread the epic assigned to the thread is not shown. This can cause confusion, eg in the current BLM thread.
