Surely we can't keep rising at this pace?!?

You'll have to excuse my excitement - this is my first investment. I think I'm on a winner. To say the least.

Would agree, it cannot keep going up without some fundamentals, i.e. contract details etc.

Adie, Jimmy, are you going to build on this if there is some profit taking? What would you asses as the best time to jump in?

Protected trade is a large order that is bought in portions. It's existence is protected until completed. Often the price makes it appear a sell in a fast rising market but unlikely to be a sell as that would be easy to place in a buying frenzy.

shao (re post 901 - huge volume of posts and bought NLR CFDs with SEO margin while writing this)
Don't know the history but it was probably to do with the market for new optical cable collapsing which is why SEO moved towards other opportunities. That's towards the end of the life of a product whereas here we are at the beginning. The big plus for SEO is that they been there, done that, got the T-shirt, learnt the realities of the market and know now just how to handle it. Risks low. With the volume of new buying which is likely to continue as people and institutions (they're people too - lol!) want to get their share of the action. With the Evolution upgrade to 20p, I have a feeling that it won't stop until the price gets there. The only way the MMs can hold back the buying rush is by raising the price. At the moment they are just not getting the volume of sellers in that they need to balance the books. This has confirmed what we thought last Friday that the MMs were building up a stock but they would not have obtained nearly enough.
Di: OK, I'll let you have 50%! My figure is approaching that with the increase in value, even though I keep reinvesting the margin (from CFDs) elsewhere: today has been NLR (again) and YOO. I would give the blue index chap a heart attack if I bought more SEOs! Great to see you girls to the fore - Ellen McArthur is absolutely inspiring; not that I'm going to buy a boat, just build an extension called Stanelco! - well they will have paid forit just as B&Q paid for Ellen's boat!

chiva i am looking for 20p, selling half and then hold the others, potential for 50p but depends on contract details, court case with BPRG etc. I would have thought there would be profit taking but that doesn't seem to be happening, this share seems to be a one off regarding price. DYOR.

Agree 20p first destination. Whether it stops there depends on whether there are contract announcements in meantime: if not, may be a consolidation phase. Mind, I wouldn't put it past our old friend Tim freeborn at Evolution (I assume its him) to beat us to the draw with another upward hike in his forecast. Then we have the prelims on 28th which should hopefully put a bit of quantification on the forward numbers. May take 25% of profits at 20p - on the other hand, I may not! lol! In merry old mood today, but aren't we all! ROFL!

Mes Amities / Slt . My erstwhile employers, Pershing, were hot as mustard on SEO when it found heavy chartist support at 4.25p.The interest and heat was turned on following the RNS announcement reg. the Reisner trials; and believe me , ensuing interest was raised from mustard hot to that of the status of red chilli when Asda announced trials . . Now in the light of furthur trials with the likes of Asda and ultimately hopefully its global parent -WAL MART having now proven successful, Pershing , must by now have accumulated quite a sizeable holding . Basically i am an energy anaylist and buy nothing BUT oil ,gas and all manner of alternative energy players; but even the merits of SEO were not lost on me .And that was why i was more than happy to pile in myself . l did actually somewhat ramp this stock to the skies on another board as Aldwick can testify when it stood @ 4.75 . ,,,,,,l currently hold 700,000 ,,,,and am keeping the entire holding .And why ? The merits of this share speak volumes , and talking of volumes juste look at them and more importantly the heartyinsatiable appetite mms hold for them . ln my opinion it would be utter folly to let them go now ..But in saying that i usually play the percentages and conceed there is nothing wrong with banking profits .....a'bientot .... , bonne chance @+ ,,,J

Adie, please stop worrying about the court case and think ahead. 50p is more than realistic. I am trying to free up some more cash to buy more.
