OK temporary accomodation for us ex-pats of Spacie's coffee house that is sadly now boarded up and in memory of Goldie's old pad the tearooms.

No fancy stuff, as this is temporary until we find a nice new place but it's warm down here with the fire and aga and I've organised a daily guinness, lager and wine delivery. There is a small kitchen in the corner and a few comfy cosy armchairs.

So feel free to take refuge when you need a break - self-service generally I'm afraid but when I can I'll rustle up a meal :>)

I hate mixing hot and cold foods. Here in the Bank canteen in Brussels you might get meat, potatoes and salad. They then put gravy/sauce over the salad. Bloody no class these Belgiums. Bring on the veggies, not rabbit food

Just watched the motor-cade arriving at Downing Street - shame no-one told them there wasn't parking for 8 million cars! Funniest thing I have seen in ages, all of them piling to a halt by the gates ;>)

They should have done all this G20 stuff by video conferencing, who is going to foot the bill for all this I wonder?! Just think how many lettuces we could have bought with the money saved :o)
