Mr Mole - 04 Dec 2005 09:33 - 923 of 1253

Does anyone have any idea what price these cards are sold at...is it 10p...1p...what??....150 million cards at 10p a card ??...thankfully, an easy sum..15 million just on the cards alone. That's without any other bit's and pieces/systems/design sold...and then rising to 250m cards a year. Almost double the capacity.

Any thoughts.

BLUE

Mr Mole - 05 Dec 2005 09:50 - 925 of 1253

Hi capetown...I expect it's sensitive info..and very much dependant on volume ordered...interesting thought though. Nice to see some blue this a.m.

Douggie - 05 Dec 2005 11:12 - 926 of 1253

blue gone already ......... ;-/

Mr Mole - 05 Dec 2005 11:26 - 927 of 1253

Me and my big mouth!!

fancyfootwork - 05 Dec 2005 11:56 - 928 of 1253

In my experience with ID, a simple swipe card is about 10-13p depending on order volume, so good guess Mr Mole!
Banking cards are more, but that is because the chip alone can cost upto 1.

Mr Mole - 05 Dec 2005 12:26 - 929 of 1253

Thanks for that fancyfootwork....I'm guessing the margins are quite tight though. Wonder what the costs to produce are?? They'll be cheaper in Poland methinks!

Mr Mole - 16 Dec 2005 10:07 - 930 of 1253

Miserable few days for IDD..lets hope for a better start to 2006.

Agreed
Wonderful buying opportunity at this price to make for even better Christmas times in the future.
The amount of personal investment by the CEO ( Peter Cox ) is always a good omen for the future of any business

Blue day today
Good to see the spread has narrowed to 5% and has stayed at that for a week now, steady buying and more blue please

nicksig - 06 Jan 2006 17:31 - 940 of 1253

Any idea why interest picked up this afternoon?

capetown - 06 Jan 2006 18:44 - 941 of 1253

i am hoping its because confidence is returning in this stock,

with a narrow spread @5% you dont need 20% increase just to break even

just a thought
