Beautiful evening here, dave. Breezy, but warm.

(Thought I'd posted that earlier, but obviously not unless the post got lost).

Just read the team sheets. How come I'm in with a bunch of dodgy guys? I'd be much more at home in the "Girls on Top" team. LOL

dotel - 05 Jul 2004 22:01 - 9244 of 23498

Our team's already fit to busting, BigA ;)

Golddog - 05 Jul 2004 22:10 - 9245 of 23498

lol.

Could be a nightmare if the girls team start spending thier funds on handbags and shoes!
:-)

Fundamentalist - 05 Jul 2004 22:21 - 9246 of 23498

evening all

Game sounds fun!!!! Not sure about Gee Gee Boys - more like Gamblers Anonymous

is it only FTSE stocks - what if we want a horse in the 3.40 at Sandown?????

Ooh and a pint of Guinness please (nice to see RTD up 10% today)

Big Al - 05 Jul 2004 22:23 - 9247 of 23498

dotel - precisely.

I'm a slim chap in need of warm motherly attention! LOL

Golddog - 05 Jul 2004 22:33 - 9248 of 23498

Fundy, i can change the name if you wish - depends what your team mates think! and no you cannot stick 1 million on southern star in the 3:30.
:-)

I need a Bods - just a little one

for starters.

Golddog - 05 Jul 2004 22:45 - 9249 of 23498

amberjane - 05 Jul 2004 23:06 - 9253 of 23498

Evening all,

yes Stormie will be here presently, i've sent him on his way....

no 'boys on top' team then???

STORMCALLER - 05 Jul 2004 23:07 - 9254 of 23498

GD,
See the Gentlemans club lost the competition then, feel sorry for the other poor sods being lumbered with my luridly unsuccessful choices, still hopeful of my bula, polly peck, telewest, etc. Pray these august giants don't object to carrying me.....
But then again, if we won, the embarrassment of all other teams would be ENORMOUS......LOL

jj50 - 05 Jul 2004 23:08 - 9255 of 23498

GD
No, we won't be spending it on bags and shoes - Prada, Gucci, Chanel, Jimmy Choo do not appear on the LSE - cheeky so and so. With that line of thinking does that mean you guys will be spending it on breweries and drink stocks then?

Should be fun....

jj50 - 05 Jul 2004 23:09 - 9256 of 23498

Forgot - night,night GD x

daves dazzlers - 05 Jul 2004 23:10 - 9257 of 23498

STORMCALLER - 06 Jul 2004 00:45 - 9262 of 23498

I have had a lousy day, will celebrate with a still mineral water, ugh!
If that doesn't teach me not to do it again, nothing will.
