Galleon Holdings (GON)

banjomick - 15 Jun 2004 08:48

INTELLIGENT INVESTING WITH BANJO,well sort of! (Ed-hmmmm-lol)

Galleon Holdings plc has three key divisions:Galleon Entertainment for entertainment type IP,Croco Worldwide for product IP,Phoenix for interactive TV services for broadcasters in China/South East Asia which includes Robot Information Technology (Lushy Assets ('Yunbo')) who are a wireless interactive platform service provider in China who will work alongside Phoenix to enable GON to hold on to a greater part of the generated revenue and so increase the profit margin......think that's the plan! :-)

This makes Galleon Holdings a 'One Stop Shop' to develop and complete new and existing IP's.

Galleon Launches Skunk Fu! at Toy Fair

Jan 21, 2008
License! Global Weekly E-news

So,what have we got?

1 Skunk Fu-GON own 15% of this IP and own the global merchandising and licensing rights (except for German speaking countries).Skunk Fu is or is about to be shown in every major country in the world.GON have already licensed the DVD rights for the UK and is due for release March 2008.The merchandise range is being shown for the first time at the UK Toy Fair at end of this month.

2. Croco Worldwide is fully owned by GON and has the specialised design, manufacturing and operational capabilities to take an idea from concept through to market (see official announcement over 2006/07).

3. Phoenix-specialises in the provision of cross-media interactive broadcast
television services in China and South East Asia which basically covers TV,Internet and mobiles including SMS (see todays announcement and previous). The 2008 Olympics may be beneficial..........or not!

4. Final Results were on the 25th January last year so are due anytime where an update on other IP's will or should be given.

"International animation co-production Skunk Fu! continues to build its popularity over and over again, often through multiple viewing territories; but in recent news, the Cake Entertainment distributed title will be making its way to cartoon fans not through their television sets, but in the form of some long-awaited toys."

"We're excited to bring the brand to licensees and retailers and look forward to forging more partnerships at this year's Toy Fair."

"In addition to action figures, Croco Worldwide Sourcing will develop several plush toys, some standard and some electronic; and as Green stated, all of the toys will be developed in-house. At present, further licensing deals for the Skunk Fu! animated television property, including video games, clothing and apparel are expected to be announced in the forthcoming weeks."
