Well spoken, Baza. Do you think that Queenie needs a King to dominate her and put her in her rightful place?

Oilywag - 14 Sep 2005 14:45 - 9297 of 27111

Baza

A chuckle always helps to lighten a heavy and boring day.

Any more where that came from?

The oily one

Like the royal kitchen, for instance!

KingKonggb - 14 Sep 2005 15:03 - 9299 of 27111

Now who asked for a King?

Digressing, and getting back to SEO, do you think that we will sign up Walmart this year or could there be another big customer (from the States) waiting in the wings? This is just to get some debate started, as boredom sets in!!

Kong

markusantonius - 14 Sep 2005 15:51 - 9300 of 27111

With engineers trained and ready & waiting, I think that Walmart is a near dead cert. There are bound to be umpteen negotiations going on behind the scenes which we will never learn about till after a deal is struck. The management have proven themselves to be highly proactive, haven't they?

bosley - 14 Sep 2005 18:15 - 9301 of 27111

markus, i think that might be half the problem , seo having a very proactive management. look back over the last year's announcements and you will see a constant stream of new trial news, then the asda trial and subsequent deal, and since then ......not a lot , really. truth be told not much has happened or developed since april and that is being reflected in the ever decreasing sp. for holders from sub 10p days it isn't too worrying, but, for newer holders this cannot be a very good time. all i can say to them is to remember why you bought in the first place and to be patient. seo are very much a company with enormous potential and that potential needs time to develope.

stockdog - 14 Sep 2005 19:28 - 9302 of 27111

too right, bosley.

This really is a company that you can imagine looking back on in 5 years time and marvelling that you had the patience, skill and discipline to hold whilst it rose 10 fold - no hyperbole intended, seriously.

There's no telling if it will fall on hard times over the intervening years which is a very long time in stock market terms, but there will be plenty of warning to get out with good profits if that happens.

Keep the faith for the sake of your future wealth!

Message for Ms. Queen1 - Thank you very much for your private email a few mins. ago.

You mentioned "bravado talk". But for the record, yours truly has NEVER used any bad lingo on this or any other thread EVER. My comments were made purely in context and all in good fun. What was the phrase you used - "If you can't take it, then don't dish it out [blah, blah, blah]...!" ?

You have insulted several posters here (not just myself) in a very bad way. Might I suggest that you have a re-re-read of what you, I and others have written, above, and then bow your head in shame, my dear...?

Interesting that you insult me privately via a M-AM email but do not reciprocate the opportunity for others to reply in the same way! How "sad" [to quote HRH!] is that? Have you emailed everyone else who's had a bash at you, above? G*d, you are one brave cookie, aren't you?

Anyway back to watching the footie. Have a great day, your Majesty.

M.

I really do feel sorry for you. Lots of bravado on the thread with your
mates but deep down you are one insecure, scared little man. I bet you've
been dominated by women your whole life without the ability to actually
approach one in a coherent way. You obviously hate them for that. It truly
is sad.

Theres no "F" in King - and she sure is no "F" in Queen

So sad

Baza

markusantonius - 14 Sep 2005 20:48 - 9306 of 27111

Thanx, Baza!

queen1 - 14 Sep 2005 21:49 - 9307 of 27111

Roman Boy - I wrote to you off thread so as not to clutter it up with non-SEO related posts. This was the very reason I had a (quite reasonable) gripe in the first place. But all you've done is waste more people's reading time and induced this response. I know that I used a swear word in my original point and how terrible that's obviously been for some people to hear but my point was, and still is, why is there so much non-SEO related posting? One comment flying my way was that I haven't contributed. Is that a pre-requisite for reading threads? I hadn't seen that in the MoneyAM small print. The threads on the BBs are about shares, for people who own or are thinking of owning shares. There are plenty of chatrooms flying around on the Internet for other commentaries. Which was precisely why I emailed you off thread. Simple.

markusantonius - 14 Sep 2005 21:53 - 9308 of 27111

OK, Queenie, Roman Boy accepts your apology. You are forgiven, dear. BTW don't think twas moi who Q. your "contribution", was it?

Anyway let us all move on from this...

Hi All,

Another one for the capsule RNS :)

"Coni-Snap capsules from CAPSUGEL are the world's most popular brand of two-piece gelatin capsule. The product of choice by leading pharmaceutical and dietary supplement companies for over 50 years, Coni-Snap capsules are renowned for their consistent and reliable performance"

http://www.capsugel.com/products/conisnap.php

They are actually a Pfizer Inc. company .... http://www.pfizer.com/pfizer/are/mn_about_all.jsp

Other Pfizer Web Sites

Capsugel - The world's leading supplier of two-piece capsules.

I was bound to find the number one capsule manufacturer eventually .... LOL !!!!

Cheers,
PM

Cheers, PM1. Accept your answers to my Q. from yesterday btw.

ptholden - 14 Sep 2005 22:08 - 9311 of 27111

HRH

Perhaps if the tone of your post had been better phrased, the response would have elicited better press. But having read yr diatribe to M-A, I guess tact is not your strong suit. When all said and done, if you don't like the content of a particualr thread....don't read it!!

Paul

Best you send them an email and make sure they are aware SEO's product. Whilst you are about it can you send SEO one as well and tell them to get a move on? I would feel a lot more comfortable in the short term if we could see a bit of SP moving news. Don't think we will get anything this week though.

Stanelco develops alternative to gelatine hardshells

By Dominique Patton

14/09/2005 - UK-based Stanelco says it has developed a starch-based alternative to gelatine hardshell capsules that could also offer cost benefits for dietary supplement makers.

Gelatine,, an animal derived material, is becoming less favoured as a delivery form owing to recent safety scares in the meat industry and the increase in number of vegetarians.

Vitamin and supplement ingredient makers are increasingly offering formulations without gelatine to meet market demand but many of these are more expensive than the standard gelatine variants.

The main alternative to gelatine hardshell capsules is HPMC (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), a synthetic material with a significantly higher cost base than gelatine.

Stanelco said in a statement on Monday that both its starch-based material and the manufacturing process offer the prospect of lower unit costs of production than for gelatine capsules.

Gelatine capsule shells are currently made using a dip moulding process followed by a slow drying process, which injection moulded starch-based alternatives do not require. They are ready for filling immediately following manufacture.

Starch-based hard-shell capsules also offer greater resilience to humidity and heat than gelatine and allow for easy filling since they are non-static.

The product, in development for five years, still needs to get regulatory approval before the product can be consumed by humans but the firm is now looking to join up with third parties to optimise formulations and develop the route to market.

“We believe that the world market for hard capsules is significantly larger than that for soft capsules with many billions of hard capsules produced annually,” said Stanelco.

The product was created by subsidiary Adept Polymers - which developed the new polymer blend along with recently acquired Biotec Holding - and partner Carclo Technical Plastics, working on the capsule.

Stanelco's subsidiary, Aquasol Limited, filed for patent protection for the new hardshell capsule in 1999. The patent, which is jointly owned with Carclo, is proceeding to grant in various territories.

The design of the capsule also offers tamper evident and novel dissolution features as well as the possibility of multi-compartments.
