If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Ian, I wasn't trading yesterday afternoon but thinking about it it was the same as Limpy, the red light came on at some stage.

Ian, I was looking at streaming charts. Streaming charts and monitor are still down.

How do I Limpsfield? :-)
Seriously, I've been refreshing all morning.
I notice the build date on the charts is 22 May @ 10:52. This would be after I started streaming yesterday morning, so I am working on a build that is different from yesterday's. Mind you, monitor doesn't work either.

Ok,
can you right click on the stockwatch and open link in a new window?
By the way can you get streaming on the trades page or is this showing as the same?

Closed all browser windows, cleared cache again for good measure, and reopened, still the red light.
Right clicking makes no difference, and trades page is down too.

A minor annoyance on the streaming stockwatch page is that when an announcement appears it is not possible to right click on the news marker and open a new page for the news. When I do this the whole page changes and then you have to go back to the streaming stockwatch page afterwards.

Thanks for the feedback Haystack, I will pass it on to the Technical guys and if we can do it we will, Will let you know.
