Are you unable to debate in an adult manner!

Please in your own words tell me who owns Isracaps and what happened to the deal?

bosley - 15 Sep 2005 11:28 - 9355 of 27111

Do you mind I am trying to have an adult debate in an adult manner with some one who has no investment skills?

shamona has just bought in.

bosley - 15 Sep 2005 11:33 - 9360 of 27111

shamona, there is no point in debating because we do not know what happen. it could be as simple as grampian and the other trialists could not agree a deal with seo. at the agm seo did say that they went with asda because asda talked money first. as you rightly say , time will tell who is right or wrong. so leave it at that and let's see where we all are in a year's time.

ptholden - 15 Sep 2005 11:33 - 9361 of 27111

Problem is Shamoaner, you do not have any credibility, so not worth debating with. 'Valid points' like 2p by whenever are just a joke.

shamona - 15 Sep 2005 11:38 - 9362 of 27111

bosley

So why not inform the market that the deals didn't happen?

ALL news is supposed to be delivered via rns, good and bad.

I'll ask again, who owns Isracaps and what happened to the deal and the company?

shamona - 15 Sep 2005 11:40 - 9363 of 27111

pth

On fundamentals 2p is being generous! Where are the revenues coming from as I can't see this ever making a profit, how clearer can I be?

bhunt1910 - 15 Sep 2005 11:41 - 9364 of 27111

Hey Shamona

You may have a valid point re Reiser, ABP etal - but one thing that you do not know is why they have not gone forward - yet.

Like most perople on this board - I weigh up the risks v the potential - and yes there are risks - but there is also massive potential.

I have made my decision - and I accept that this is not a risk free investment - I certainly would not back it with my house - equally the possibility (note I used the word possibility - not probabilty) is that there could be a reasonably good return on my investment.

I took a similar view when I bought BPRG at 30p and sold them at 36p ( I think) when I decided that there was more potential in SEO than BPRG.

We all have our own different investment strategies - I tried trading SEO for a while and got my finers burnt - I now have a long term strategy of holding these shares - thats not to say that if market sentiment changes or fundamentals change that I would not sell - but for me this company seems to have a good strategy - not everything that it has done has worked - but it seems to have a plan, it seems to have good products, it seems tp have a strategy, it seems to have a good management team and its risk profile is getting lower and it has enough cash to carry on for at lesast another 18 months in its current form without another single order - so I am reasonably relaxed about the future.

Baza

I am looking for 30p by Chrismas - but if we dont make that - it wont be the end of the world -

ptholden - 15 Sep 2005 11:44 - 9365 of 27111

shamoaner, talking crap again. Depending on the perceived price sensitivity of news, there is no requirement for any company to inform the market that a deal has been completed or otherwise.

Jacks - 15 Sep 2005 11:47 - 9366 of 27111

Bosely.

Do my best for the video.

It's great to have a good debate regarding how high or how low the share price will go but some of the posters are taking themselves far too seriously. As mentioned by someone in an earlier post have the debate when there is something to talk about. At present we have we don't have any new "new" information to talk about.
Also some of the people taking themselves too seriously need to realise there are lots of us who have been in SEO since the dark days at 4p.

ptholden - 15 Sep 2005 11:47 - 9367 of 27111

Where are the revenues going to come from? You really are in a world of your own!

shamona - 15 Sep 2005 11:50 - 9368 of 27111

So if a trial doesn't transcend into a deal the news is not price sensitive!

How on earth is an investor to know whether to invest or not if only positive news is released? Its not only illegal but also morally wrong to run a listed company in such a manner.

Best not to announce trials till they proceed to deals if your argument were to hold any water.

ptholden - 15 Sep 2005 11:59 - 9370 of 27111

shamoaner. if SEO were acting in an illegal manner the FSA would have taken action. This why you are not worth debating with, you talk complete crap with little knowledge of how the LSE actually works.
