Still a large chunk of PCTs to come on board which looks likely based on Government support i.e still over 50% to meet the legal requirement for mental health provision. Looks very good.

I wonder if there's a danger that punters are being locked in, a lot of trades with little price movement lately.

I would say your right about the West Midlands micky468.
The product has been discussed. Also at National conferences and suggest strategic level. I will say no more !

i've taking this from another BB but i could not have put it better............
USA is untapped at the minute, ULT are just utilising good advertising opportunities, the emphasis has always been on NHS take up (the bread and butter side of the business)now a few years have passed and it has been found that btb is good for a multitude of people with diabetes,MS,and comorbidity problems. We have only had (under) estimated figures for depression and anxiety as the 1st problem now we are seing it used for people who have depression / anxiety as a side effect of other problems.
I truly believe we are all under estimating the impact BTB is going to have and as for the rest of the world Great Britain has always been a benchmark.

Ultrasis PLC
20 February 2008
Press release 20th February 2008
Ultrasis plc
East of England Primary Care Trusts Commission Beating the Blues
Ultrasis plc, the provider of interactive healthcare and associated services, is
pleased to announce that the 7 Primary Care Trusts ('PCTs') in the East of
England Strategic Health Authority (SHA) have committed to provide Beating the
Blues ('BtB') to all patients suffering from mild to moderate depression. The 7
PCT's will have a contract value in excess of 420,000 over a two year period. A
further 3 PCT's have indicated their willingness to purchase but are awaiting
confirmation of their 2008/09 funding allocation.
Ultrasis recently announced the wide scale adoption of Beating the Blues by
PCT's in the North East Strategic Health Authority, following the lead of East
Midlands in August 2007. The deadline for all PCT's to be compliant with
Government Policy on making this evidence based treatment for depression
available is the 31st March 2008.
Nigel Brabbins, Chief Executive at Ultrasis, said: 'This is fantastic news for
Ultrasis and even better news for the people who live in the catchment areas of
these Primary Care Trusts. The evidence is clear that treating depression with
Beating the Blues is far more cost effective than face to face treatment and has
the added benefit of there being no waiting time to receive it.
'Using the internet is becoming an increasingly popular way for people to manage
their busy lives and now they can manage their mental health and wellbeing in
the same way by using this proven computer based treatment program.'

oilyrag" I wonder if there's a danger that punters are being locked in, a lot of trades with little price movement lately"
there is always a danger of pis being locked in, especially as the s/price has risen over 50% in 3 weeks, but this will depend on how often the news flow is released.

Forget news flow I sold these 2 or 3 years ago at 3p having bought hem at 0.3 and 0.42p a few months beforehand. Now a couple of years later they are still 200% down on my exit point.
What happened?
If you look closely at trades you will notice that since 08.35am there have been approx 2.736million shares purchased and only 142,000 sold and the sp has dropped 0.02p in that time. The latest RNS was for a contract worth 420,000. This is peanuts when you divide it into 1480million odd shares in existance.
Like I said, price overdone at start of the day and the question still remains, are PI's being locked in.

they may be down 200% from your exit point, but they are still up 50% in 3 weeks some will sell banking profits others will hold hoping for more newsflow to be released soon,to take the price higher, thats why you cant forget newsflow if you are looking for short term gains.
like i said above there is always a danger of pis being locked in only time will tell.
