Pre-tax losses have also nearly halved from 6.4 mln to a loss of 3.4 mln on cost cutting. They have also had a successful fund raising.

Also chart indicators show that it may be time for the next leg upwards past recent resistance at 7.5p. and please remember you are responsible for the timing of your own buying and selling actions.

interesting post from iii..

I'm going to guess (although it isn't really that much of a guess, as I've worked in this area at a 'strategic' level) that it will be fronted by EDS - because they always put in the 'cheapest bid', ...and always fail to deliver...and change more for minor alterations to the contract), with IDD being a subcontractor or partner. Yes it is possible that when the ID Card process begins, then EDS may have a go at swallowing IDD.

Interestingly enough, I reckon that the sum of the parts of IDD (cost on the market) of all the elements should come in at about 60million (ish), compared with current valuation of about 12million. Overall I'm very impressed at that considering the amount spent on aquisitions. This is a remarkable company, and if EDS intend to have a go at 'swallowing' it, then it'll cost them more than 6p a share based on my current 'guesstimates'. There is nothing cheaper around worldwide that can provide the same solution! Once the ID income comes on line, then the value of this company is anyones guess.

capetown - 26 Jan 2006 13:58 - 961 of 1253

Mole,
Do you think there is panic selling/
or is there something we dont know about/,very tempted to add at this price

Mr Mole - 26 Jan 2006 14:09 - 962 of 1253

If the sell is due to a company selling its holding because of difficulties then I'm sure there's no reason to panic....don't believe the fundamentals have changed..i.e. losses still reducing, more markets opening up etc etc. I've no spare at the moment, but I think it could be a good time to top up.

Good luck whatever you do capetown.

Well done Parthus for topping up,good luck
