The counter to any bid from a predator for SPS would be a bid by ARM. The premise by which ARM is so succesful in marketing it's chips are the additional functionalities offered. One of the major benefits of the ARM 9 core processor is that swerve is essentially embedded in the chip, this enables it to run games faster than any alternatives, requires less memory to run and to store the binaries. This is also why Superscape's technology has achieved so many licenses. Arm would not let superscape go without a fight and as a major holder with around 1% of the shares and supporter of the company in the recent fundraising, the two seem to have a very close bond!

Recruiter, following my visit to the EGM I can confirm that Superscape are still actively working with Vodafone whom I believe are insisting on JSR184 enabled phones from their suppliers for Vodafone Live. Vodafone are such a large company that SPS have never been able to pin them down to a press release about their partnership activities. Hope that helps.

I wonder if many investors have noticed how close the interest Nokia has in Superscapes JSR184 compliant Swerve 3D graphics technology and an announcement of a deal between them. There is an escalation of new 3G phones shipped with PSION's SymbianOS on Vodafone 3G network and the huge demand for 3D Graphical User Interface content & software for mobile personal & corporate computing and 3D Games on NOKIA phones.

As far as I can recall it was tipped in the Mail (weekend) a month or so back in addition to Shares Mag very recently. Citywire were positive a few months back. Then we had the mention on teletext at the start of the year.
Im very positive on this one. Wireless carriers like Sprint are shortly introducing 3d games. Take a look at Sony mobile and you see they provide games to Sprint and Superscape are developing SWAT on a revenue sharing deal. All the recent deals and those of last year are now coming to fruition and I expect to see an explosion of Superscapes work coming onto the market from many angles like Cybiko, Activision, Sony, Disney, THQ etc not to mention embedded games to Samsung, Siemens and Motorola to coincide with the release of their new model phones.

One has to only see the 2003 figures of 4m game downloads by Americas Sprint PCS out of a wireless subscriber base of 16m customers to see the phenonemal growth potential in content and games alone.

The Sony mobile site, when asking you to register requets your mobile number. I take it that this will be a very sound way of prompting mobile users of the latest games which may prove irresitable and will generate many new sales of games and content etc.

I wouldnt pay too much notice to Shares mag.

Most of their tips are garbage. Many have went down that i've looked at in last few months. I do not know who writes or investigates for Shares mag but i could tip and write better features myself.

You know, so far we' ve seen how useful innovation can educate and enlighten, but it can also
entertain. At Sprint, we' vet given customers access to wireless games and a community of
wireless gamers, if you will. That means more than 200 game choices from 18 game publishers.
Starting this month, we take wireless games to the next level by creating the Game Lobby, a
space where the mobile community of gamers can meet and compete. Eventually, Sprint gamers
will be able to earn frequent -gamer points and prizes for best scores. Starting in the second
quarter, we will introduce games in 3D with the launch of the next evolution of Java for wireless.

There is a very good chance that these will be our games.

Does anyone know what the link with Intel is? Obviously the dream solution, for Superscape shareholders that is, would be to have the Swerve client installed on the Pentium chip, now that would be a dream! Anyone care to clarify?
