Cybit the best telematics play (CYH)

Still Waiting - 21 Sep 2003 22:33

The chart for this stock says it all.

The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.

The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.

The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.

With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.

MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

CYBIT HOLDINGS PLC ("CYBIT")

CYBIT ANNOUNCES NEW CONTRACTS

Cybit Holdings PLC ("Cybit") is pleased to announce new contracts worth at least
325,000 with an expected expansion value of a further 500,000 in revenues over
the lifetime of the deals.

Cybit has secured a contract with Marshalls plc, ("Marshalls"), the UK's leading
manufacturer of landscape materials for the construction and home improvement
industries. Under the agreement, Cybit will supply and install its GPRS-based
telematics solution into Marshalls' 150 strong fleet and its primary
subcontractors, with ongoing technical support being provided for 5 years.
Cybit's technology provides Marshalls with the capability to significantly
improve the efficiency of its 35 million distribution business.

Cybit has also signed contracts with Associated British Nutrition &
Agri-products Limited (ABNA), the Agriculture Group of Associated British Foods,
marking its move into the lone worker solution market. Initially the deal will
equip 50 of ABNA's mobile workers with Cybit's HiPer portable telematics
devices, with the intent for a further 150 units. Cybit's telematic based
solutions will help ABNA provide a duty of care to its mobile employees when
working in remote areas.

Richard Horsman, Chief Executive of Cybit Holdings PLC, said:

"These groundbreaking deals further strengthen our market leading position
within the telematics industry. Marshalls is representative of a number of
projects where we are delivering enhanced customer value through integration of
telematics information with back office applications. The ABNA contract combines
Cybit's expertise as a Telematics Service Provider with specialist 24-7
emergency response services delivering duty of care compliance for field based
lone workers.

"These new contracts demonstrate the versatility of Cybit's telematics portfolio
and our ability to assist our customers in the implementation of cost management
and corporate governance solutions within an increasingly complex business
environment."

I think Cybit has a lot further to go. The first snippet of RNS is not a reason to off load. Remember March - Full Year Results.

Shabba,I have a life but i don't mind giving credit where it's due and I also beleive in the milk of human kindness which you obviously don't possess in your selfish, greedy, self conceited world!!!

Gary_K - 24 Jan 2004 22:59 - 974 of 3104

Shabba, why are you so uptight about Chrissie. If you think she is fake, making things up or whatever, just filter her off your screen.

Do you invest in this stock? If you do please stick to posting comments about it rather than stirring about others and inciting comments against you, you are doing yourself no favours.

Let's just stick to the stock, this great company with loads of potential above 3.30 pence and making some money off the back of it all. If you are affected by one poster who seems to be quite knowledgeable and likes to stick her neck out, wheteher that is right or wrong, is quite sad as far as I am concerned. Maybe you are jealous she is so popular and liked, maybe she inspires hope and confidence in the people who are investing in this stock, maybe she it is because she appears to be just a nice person?

Get a life and find another BB to denigrate.

shabba - 25 Jan 2004 09:31 - 975 of 3104

Gary_K ... The point is you and a few other posters believe him/her ( i noticed you put her, only substantiates my point)and are getting somewhat carried away. I on the other hand, knew there was not going to be a rns when he/she stated, and low and behold there wasn't, I did however know about the rns on friday, he/she had every oppourtunity to mention that but didn't. I do have a life, you should get some self confidence, read what is posted, but never act upon it.

prepared - 25 Jan 2004 11:20 - 976 of 3104

shabba,

Enough already!!!

I agree with nematode, douggie & gary.....Give the woman a break!!!

Okay, she was a week out or maybe she wasn't. Some people seem to think that the rns was delayed a week so as not to clash with trafficmasters news. As we all know the two companies are close and share offices, and there is no way they would both issue a rns around the same time. Why steal each others thunder? It seems, as soon as the dust settled after the TFC rns, then the CYH rns was issued.

Chrissie is back from USA sometime next week so lets leave all the discussions about her 'til then, when at least she will be around to defend herself against you and chopsticks......I mean chopin.

Now back to Cybit. Has anyone seen anything in the press today?

nematode - 25 Jan 2004 17:30 - 978 of 3104

Nothing in press today,only some comment in yesterdays guardian which was as follows;

Down on AIM, CybIT Holdings jumped 0.27p to 3.225p as the technology company, which develops software for the vehicle fleet industry and private motorists, announced new contracts that could be worth up to 825,000.
