I have picked up a few of these and am pleased with the steady rise. This is the holding company which owns Ofex and in Dec-more mm's will be joining it to make it a stronger competitor for LSE and Aim markets. Well known market firms seem to be investing in this one but so far small investors and analysts are not taking much interest. I'm in early as I think it will do well---any comments from regulars on here?

JAH: In case you followed me into PMK, this is to let you know that I sold all during the week for my biggest ever gain. I still think PMK has great potential, but I worried that the high flyers would be in the firing line should the "Sell in May" brigade appear.

PMK Growth continues:
LONDON (AFX) - PLUS Markets Group PLC said it has extended its stock coverage to include 50 of the constituents of the FTSE 250, in response to customer demand.
This brings the total number of securities traded on PLUS to over 800, comprising over 670 small and mid-caps quoted elsewhere in London and some 160 companies quoted on its own primary market -- currently known as Ofex, soon to be known as PLUS.
PLUS also said that Bloomberg have commenced carrying PLUS data and that Numis Securities has joined as market maker.
Also joining PLUS as broker dealer members are Redmayne Bentley and The Share Centre, it added.
PLUS is an independent London equity trading service, based on a quote-driven system, for publicly traded securities.

Plus has been falling for several days now, little by litle it's becommiing a trend. I'm not at all happy with their confusion-adding Re-naming of Ofex and wonder if this hasn't taken too much Executive time?. It didn't need changing and adds nothing to its value IMHO.
What it does is make folk think OFEX stock has changed and maybe PLUS with it, time to take a profit and move on. If it keeps falling that;s what I'll do - you can only take so much without comment from the Company.
(their last comment was on "Options", perhaps I should have seen sp trouble brewing..Options are a worthless imposition on investors)

2.5p today, means these are cheaper than face-value stocks . . . . what a winker!
Note also some posting under the nemonic "PLUS" ( in investor's-room).
I have a spoon's-worth bought at 8p
EDIT(19Jy10)-up 24% on last Fri News of Director spending only 15k - this appears to be his first Buy - pathetic, unless he knows something we don't - like the truth is out- this is an awful investment, either as PLUS on indeed "in" plus. For Plus investments, read "Minus" - all IMHO....DYOR...+look at the sp graph!
EDIT-(27Jy10)-Going down as y'd expect. These are 5p face value trading at 1.87 . . . can someone tell them to get their Website in Order...IMHO it's rubbish and why would anyone want to use it, other than to sell perhaps?
EDIT-(12Aug10)-down a tad on 15k Sells, with one Buy of 3k - was that wishful ? - One against, Twenty. 1.7p mid.
EDIT(19/8/10)-Newsflow suggests share rise today 25% because Director bought 1m shares last Friday at 1.55p - well, perhaps he should have told the Market, or did this Market-maker forget there are AIM Rulles? Looks pretty amateur, doesn't it(?), - what with today being Wednesday!
Then look at their website and see how NOT to do it...what a mess! Now 1.66/1.75 pence...Face value 5p Arrgh!
EDIT (8Jn2011)- AGM today - will anyone go? SP= 1.5p but website contrast now OK, -What a bunch of winkers, eh? Anyone made money? Phew! (EDIT19Aug11): 1.4p
EDIT (14Dec2011) _ another fine year for Plus and down yet more - hopeless.
EDIT (3Feb2012)- Oh deary, seems these dimwits are about to sell the company - er, excuse me - get off the Board and let someone else provide "Shareholder Value" your spent..... It will be interesting to see if anyone close to the company sees value that somehow eludes the Directors.... Still, "Plus" always was "Minus" in my mind.
EDIT (17April2012) - 15% rise as Dirs agree to look at "offers" - who would offer on this rusty bucket? Start to give the Market (your customers!) a decent ride. Mid, currently 1.1p - My losses are enormous!
EDIT(14May2012):- Down 74% DYOR - as Offer talks close.... well, that should be a lesson to you all, the Directors should never be employed in Finance, (or selling matches ) again. Plus has been a complete disaster and effects badly those SmallCo's they list and ignore their shareholders. 0.25p today, that's 4/penny!
EDIT:(21Jn2012)-Up 70% on trades of 5m Buys with 3m Sells . . . are folks day-trading this runt? [ 5m~£10k]-hardly seems worth the risk.

Similar to this company is TEP Exchange Group(TEX) - I considering the platform deal with income per qtr £230,000. It looks promising. Also the possible dividend payment of 0.03p it is very encouraging to know that you will get some of your investment back and a better balance sheet end of the day. With next years results could be as much as it is now with the income from SL. It is good for long-term.
