Thought I'd start a new thread as this is going to be a major talking point this year...have not made up my mind yet...(unlike bucksfizz)....but thinking of voting for an exit as Europe is not doing Britain any good at all it seems....
I glad she has the DUP supporting her to unite the UK.
I can see why some exiters like Rees-Mogg are already fleeing the ship.
Prominent Brexiteer Jacob Rees-Mogg has defended the move by a City firm that he helped to found to establish an investment fund in Ireland ahead of the UK leaving the European Union.
Is that really showing his faith is a littler "england".
I'm actually warming a bit towards TM. Her negotiation task is phenomenally difficult.
After watching her in the H of C this afternoon, I actually do now think she does seem to be doing a reasonable job on things. I cannot see who would do better.
God knows how you get a most probably unnecessary, unneeded and unwanted backstop written up into an agreement, that will satisfy the EU, the Brexiteers and TM and her team too.
Fred , if there are going to be tail backs here then they'll be twice as bad on the other side of the channel given we probably import twice the amount of goods from the EU than we export.
Their tail backs will be from Calais to Frankfurt going on your calculations.
Fred , what are you rambling on about now as I fail to see your point. The EU export more to us in goods and it comes in through the same places ours go out from so the problem will be bigger on the other side of the channel.
Lol M , wait til the French farmers start blockading the ports because our farmers can produce everything cheaper than them and they'll have their subsidies cut to help fill the black hole caused by our departure.
I think I have cracked this one. They could turn Belgium into a lorry park and charge for parking, which would help fill the black hole in the EU budget when we leave. QED problem solved for the EU. I Should be a MEP
