Gf you said: "I still hold and I know my contact has great faith in these"
You seem to repeat this line on several of your shares that don't perform, instead of associating with your "contact" or lumping in with many beta shares have gone down.....why not give us your view on fundamentals please & indeed WHY you have great faith?
Thanks.

Thirdeye, I only hold one share that hasnt performed and made me money this year. But it will.
As for my contact I have great faith in her being one of the top traders on the net and also being very close to a person associated with the company.
As for fundies, do me a favour and please do a little research before barging in on the thread, take a look at my opening post on the company, and now take a look at the RNS news link below.
http://www.uk-wire.com/cgi-bin/index?search_type=3&words=inc&go.x=18&go.y=7
Yes thirdeye we havent had any fundies information yet. Just the prospectus.
As you seem to be so interested in the company why not give them a ring and get yourself one. I do take it you are interested in the company? either to buy or sell the shares or are you here just to cause trouble like you did previously?.
Remember the management are carefully watching every post you make.
cheers GF.

Please explain Why you have great faith at this point in time?
Or will this be another Sportingbet which you kept telling us would be a ten bagger from 1.50......more like a tenth bagger!

Incite Holdings PLC
30 January 2004
For Immediate Release 30 January 2004
Incite Holdings Plc ('the Company')
Statement re Suspension in Share Trading
The Board of Incite Holdings Plc, the mobile media specialists in the sports and
lifestyle sectors, announces that the Company is in discussions which may lead
to the acquisition of substantial mobile media assets. The Company is also
undertaking a fundraising in connection with this acquisition and also the
continued expansion of the business and its working capital requirements. In the
light of these developments the Company considers it would be inappropriate to
release its preliminary results as required by the AIM rules by the end of
January until full details are available but they will be released as soon as
practicable.
Accordingly, the Company has requested AIM to suspend trading in its Ordinary
Shares of 1p each on AIM until the Company is in a position to publish further
information in relation to the above matters.

Any one got any views on this.Obviously it all happened fairly quickly, lost a lot over a couple of days.On reading the notice a few times I dont think every thing is lost as they are talking about aquisitions and a fund raising but I dont know, or have any experience of cimilar situations, as to how this will effect the share price when they come back. Can anyone help please. Graeme.

Graeme...at least we are in a better position following the announcement....until then the price was falling through the floor ( down 40% in 3 days) and we didnt have a clue. The statement from the company doesnt let on much but maybe our Goldfinger knows something as he seems to have ears close to ground. I am being positive now whereas midday Friday I thought the worst with the share in free fall. They havent made it clear whether they are making an acquisition bid, or a bid maybe in for them. The fund raising suggests that they will be bidding which at least must mean business plans are fairly good. Obviously there has been some insider dealing as the share volume traded on Friday was far greater than a normal day, and strangely nearly all of them were buys...another good sign....My guess is that MM's knew there was a suspension on the way...marked down the shares...and then others who knew more were coming in to buy cheap... All in all, my view is that I lost a few hundred quid, but the positive signs mean when returing I will recover a large part of that almost immediately.GOLDFINGER WHERE ARE YOU..cheers...buckets

Goldfinger/Oliverleftwingtit/slater
won't tell you anything. His tips are mainly off the subscription sites & he then says
"I spent a lot of time researching this one" or "My close friend in the city says this is the best thing he has seen in 10 years"
He has no original opinions.
check his latest steal from tips1 on Sharecrazy under his username "Slater" what do you know he "tips" it just the same time as Tom Winnifrith.
Sometime the gullable will learn the truth.

Got shut of it with all my techs earlier in the year when market sentiment changed.
