Afternoon all

GD - its a nice age i think

Jeffmack - thats what I like to see a bit of confidence in my team!

optomistic - 15 Jul 2004 13:44 - 9767 of 23498

Afternoon all, Enough exercise for today so GD have to cut your lawn another time, have you tried a sheep? could be a silly question in here but I mean to keep the grass short :-))
Large tea please

amberjane - 15 Jul 2004 13:53 - 9768 of 23498

GD. Where do you get them from? Just the one for me.

Flying today, Vernalis 80% UP (dont hold many though & didnt buy at the bottom ...but hey) and Petroceltic....ummmmmmmm

Oh GD, thanks for concern over my bunnies, seem to have turned the corner, so have taken nurses outfit off. 7 survived out of 22! the smallest one has one very loppy ear as if he needs a heineken, can you supply?

stockbunny - 15 Jul 2004 15:05 - 9769 of 23498

Amberjane - hope the bunnies all recover.
Been out lopping branches off the apple tree - seems rotten to do it - but
if the over-hanging branches aren't removed (they overhang a public right-of-way)
we will have kids galore in the holidays climbing all over & up the fence
which has seen better days, trying to reach said apples. Poor tree...I have of
course said sorry to it for taking the loppers to it, after all I wouldn't
like my arms chopped off at the elbow! (Trees have feelings too!)
JeffMack - are you sure you want to make comments about whipping peoples
backsides in here? You could leave yourself wide open to endless wit....

optomistic - 15 Jul 2004 15:44 - 9770 of 23498

Bunny how lucky to be able to get in the garden we have RAIN here this afternoon.
Your apple tree will enjoy being trimmed and will show its appreciation by growing lots more little twiglets :-))

stockbunny - 15 Jul 2004 15:51 - 9771 of 23498

Opto
I'm out of BLT - just under target but it's such a small measure I don't care!
Its in the bank now as they say and that will do me - if it drops again in
the future I'll give it another whirl. Yes currently it is climbing again
such is life, but having kept watch all week boredom set in!
(well if not particularly logical I am honest -giggle)

optomistic - 15 Jul 2004 15:57 - 9772 of 23498

Yes Bunny and you have got the cash in the bank, the thing to do now is not to look at BLT for a while, if you can resist it!!

stockbunny - 15 Jul 2004 16:31 - 9773 of 23498

I wont touch it BLT unless the previous situation repeats, same as BP that's
high but has been lower and will no doubt come round again. I take it my
email docked your end?
Another cuppa Opto? - and I've found a case of jaffa cakes - a weakness
if mine I confess - so help yourself and ignore me sitting stuffing!! LOL

stockbunny - 15 Jul 2004 16:45 - 9774 of 23498

Ohhwww...too many jaffa cakes...someone hide the rest for goodness sake!
I'm off now - everyone have a great evening doing whatever you're doing!

optomistic - 15 Jul 2004 16:59 - 9775 of 23498

Yes please Bunny last cup then I'm off, Jaffa cakes I like please. I seem to like all chocolaty things.

Socrates - 15 Jul 2004 17:09 - 9776 of 23498

Good evening all.

Optomistic
You have done us all a disservice by mentioning sheep to Golddog. It's not that he worries them, it's what he does with them when he catches them.

snoball - 15 Jul 2004 18:16 - 9777 of 23498

He takes them on holiday.

This_is_me - 15 Jul 2004 21:03 - 9778 of 23498

We are just back from two weeks in Scotland - I will not call it a summer holiday since one night I had to scrape ice off the windscreen before I could drive back to where we were staying!!!

Have I missed anything in the 1018 posts since I left?

All this talk of BLT is making Me hungry - it's my favourite sandwich. Plenty of rabbit food in the caf tomorrow please since I put on a couple of pounds from traditional Scottish fayre - strawberry tarts, shortbread, greasy fries and rabbit pie.

optomistic - 15 Jul 2004 21:14 - 9779 of 23498

Never seemed like 1018 posts t.i.m. perhaps you should have a glance through for a couple if hours just to make sure you haven't missed anything important.

optomistic - 15 Jul 2004 21:15 - 9780 of 23498

Ice, where were you, Top of Ben Nevis?

Golddog - 15 Jul 2004 22:19 - 9781 of 23498

amber, what do what come from where? Glad your bunnies are doing ok now, we like our bunnies here at the cafe! and tim likes them with gravy!!

What's all this talk of sheep? never met one! never had one! never want one! but they are nice and fluffy and good on the bbq.

all this talk of eating animals made me hungry, bring on the kebab.

this is my last post till sunday so please don't make any mess while i'm gone especially you storm caller! oh do behave.
:-)

STORMCALLER - 15 Jul 2004 22:29 - 9782 of 23498

GD,
Mess is always made by an imposter, I just sit in the corner quietly, have fun!

jeffmack - 15 Jul 2004 23:01 - 9783 of 23498

Made a quick brew money on side, drinks are on me folks!!!!!!

See You Later

STORMY oops I mean PAP!!!!!

jj50 - 16 Jul 2004 08:44 - 9785 of 23498

Good morning all. Time for a quick coffee before I start on damage repair!

Also I see from scrolling through messages that you cannot reply to an internal e-mail by pushing the reply button so sorry bunny et al, it is not that I haven't replied, it is just I have been pushing the wrong buttons (what's new!).

Must have passed everybody's door step in the past three days having hit M1, M6, M5, M40, M4 ..... nice to be back. I think we have fewer one way systems here for me to get lost in.

Bunny, I did find Moor Park, thank you (I used to live near there when I looked at the map!) but nothing looked familiar and I drove round and round in circles so I missed most of the cricket. My son wasn't bothered - more interested in if I had any food with me... the joys of parethood.

Mmm.. that coffee was excellent..
