I wonder if we will get the usual climb this morning on news followed by the usual pull back this afternoon back to break even !!

Not sure that I understand this bit
"The duration of the exclusive period, initially 18 months, is dependent upon
Elwood achieving and maintaining certain levels of sales"
Does that mean that Elwood - as well as being a manufacturer of Frogpack - are also responsible for all sales of Frogpac??

Baza Hi,
Looks that way to me, although Stanelcosaid they will give them sales support, i.e. advertising and demonstrations to possible big users of Frogpack.
For them to be given such a long (18 months !) exclusivity, I think they already have some big orders(Motorola and Atari are mentioned, strange if they are not actually buying !) that make it worth giving them that deal.
Could be worth several hundred thousand in year one, maybe into the million(s) in year two, as I said before on many an occaision, this could well pay Stanelco's running costs :)
Cheers,
PM

It means that if they make good sales they will extend beyond the initial period of 18 months. If not, they will cancel the exclusivity and look elsewhere for a manufacturer who can achieve better volume. SEO don't manufacture or market any ofhteir products, they justearn a royalty on the IP which they have developed and patented. The enormous value to us of this model is the very limited capital they need to launch untested products onto the market - they use someone else's. So the downside is limited, but when it works revenues flow very quickly to the bottom line.
Frogppack is a welcome visitor to SEO's garden of delights, but I'm not sure if he has the back legs to jump the 20dma which seems to be acting as a fairly consistent resistance at present. But he is probably wise enough not to try to jump in and out of the market on this one, happy to sit on his lily leaf and watch the waters slowly rise.

Hi All,
I think the price is still being affected by the big seller that took the price down to 15.75p, but I think the bulls will see this deal as red, and we will push back above 20p before the close tomorrow.
KBC, EVO or Lemming Investor will hopefully update us with some numbers and value later, after all Lemming Investor only spoke to Haoward last Friday ....
Cheers,

PM,
The RNS is not clear in my mind as to the role of Elwood. Its the exclusivity part that I am unsure about....
Do you take it to mean that all sales of Frogpack in the USA will be to customers of Elwood or will SEO be able to actively go to other potential customers in the USA and sell Frogpack as long as Elwood manufacture it? Also, is the responsibility of selling Frogpack in the USA now totally up to Elwood and as long as they hit the 'ambiguous' target then everyone is happy?
Cheers,
Q.

I see the 1p rise has almost evaporated already
We desperately need confirmed orders - otherwis all these deals - which ino really are excellent deals - will just not be reflrcted in the sp until sentiment changes.
We could be back to evens by tonight - or slightly lower imo

I did say that although it's a good deal the market wants to see figures! If the manufacturing deal said something like:
SEO sign up with US manufacturer inorder to provide US Postal service with a $50m contract
Then I guess that would have more of a substantial affect on the SP.
IMHO

good news today. as baza said, another piece of the jigsaw. a few months ago , this kind of news would have sent seo spiralling upwards. sentiment has turned and the longer we go without more greenseal orders, the more seo is losing credibilty .

Considering the size of the management team at SEO - they must be working like the clappers to pull all of these deals off - each one of which requires a lot of physical effort to identify potential targets - then a selection progress then the actual negotiations before a deal is concluded.
I wonder how many other deals are "in progress". This really is a hot management team and I am not sure that they are getting the credit that they deserve.

Rumours on ADVFN about further RNS's over next few days, I don't believe in the tooth fairy of father xmas but this captain guide fellow seems for real. Anyway I wonder if the Yanks will like this later on today.
Inevitable sell off this morning, you could have bought for <16p yesterday, not a bad profit in 24hrs!

Desperation - another great SE0 pipe dream - another agreement with no sales - another exclusive RNS that gives no revenue just more jam - it is getting desperate to generate interest ?
I point you to a poster with the name of TFC - he is confirming what was picked up months ago in a post by me - telling you to look at the two annual reports - and the difference in holdings - and no news of holdings changes in RNSs - there is a massive overhang from the placings IMO - held by the fundies - that was due to be sold into the great Asda machine conversions rolling in over the summer - for big profits - no rolling orders are coming - Northern is bad news - and are they trying to off load them now - they are stuck with these shares - and now IMO trying to get rid of some - do they see no news coming - and want out before the crash and burn ?
All IMO - DYOR

Just noticed Captain Guide has posted again on the other side. Basically he/she got it right this week. Apologies if already posted on here:
Goodmorning all - Captain guide reporting.
those who didn't buy into SEO last week, would have atleast got in at the start of this week for low low prices on SEO.
Does today's flight clearance gives us enough fuel to takeoff today?? this is for you to decide and jump on board. But prices won't be cheap next week. SEO flight will take you all to heights beyond your dreams.
goodluck all..DYOR
Last two sentences are rather interesting, although this might be his/hers usual last statement with every post.
