Sham,
At least you traded successfully. Mind you, unless further RNS's come out within the next two weeks, then you may have the oppoertunity again!

I'll be keeping a keen eye on things, seems Greenseal orders are the only thing that will halt the decline just now. All the rest is froth.

Been giving this a little thought just now.
What would SEO set as a 'minimum' level of Frogpack items sold per year from this exclusive deal? I would think that if they believe that there is massive potential then surely 4m(10% of their sales) items would be the minimum acceptable?
That said, and using PM's 8p in 100 Greenseal conversions method and again if PM's 3p royalty that he mentioned from a brokers note is accurate then I have worked out the following.
100 Greenseal machines = 2.5m PA income
4m Frogpack items = 120k PA income
All 40m Frogpack items - 1.2m PA income
So, on that basis this at a maximum will be worth 4p onto the SP. Not even a shaving of 1p onto the SP if 10% is met. Hardly a major deal when you look at it like that??
A nice piece of the jigsaw but little wonder that take-off has been delayed.
Cheers,
Q.

qc,
Thanks for the info. It's just another string to SEO's bow. Starpol and Greenseal are the major contributors and it is these two main products that will rocket the SP. It appears reading in between the lines from Lemmings recent report, SEO believe that biotec acquisition has been underestimated. Inotherwords, it could be much bigger than Greenseal.

Or Kong, perhaps they have grossly oversold the Greenseal idea and that Starpol cannot be any worse!? lol
Joking a little before I get squelched!

driver, for me the price hike this year was totally on the back of greenseal. expectations were made high by seo and asda trumpeting the success of greenseal, but, as yet, it has not delivered in the kind of numbers we were led to believe. unless greenseal starts getting orders seo will lose credibility and any other announcements, such as today's, will not be viewed as significant. my main worry for greenseal is that, if northern foods have managed to shave off 25% without greenseal , other packers will surely follow their lead. biotec could indeed be massive, but seo need greenseal to be a success first.

Hi All,
Biotec has several products that when announced, will show that the Biotec aquisition is, as EVO said, 'a real coup'.
Anyone who has looked at my posts on Cigarette Filter potential, only one of example of Biotecs IP, will see the potential that exists in that area. Also the patents link I posted earlier this week lists another gem, starch based foil, which sounds like the packaging used for snacks like crisps and some frozen foods, and the back of blister packs for drugs, and lids for pots like yoghurt, pot noodle, pringles etc.
With oil running out and prices going through the roof of everyones forecasts, we are now entering the age of bio-plastics, and biodegradable and recyclable packaging, in a big way, things will be moving faster and faster, as more companies try and beat the rising costs of perto-plastics. This will really explode over the next couple of years, and Stanelco's timing could not have been better.
Lemming Investor, like me, could see a long time ago the potential of Greenseal taking Stanelco into the FTSE-100 over the next few years. Now we have Starpol 2000, and several other products that could be as big or bigger than Greenseal.
Idiots like iidiot and shamona will be left in the dust, and bprg may well be with them.
Cheers,
PM

Interestingly, I wonder how many further machines have been converted? None, 5, 10, 20.... I certainly do not expect SEO to announce continually. Perhaps things are not as critical as some perhaps think. We'll have to wait and see.

Someone on another site pointed out that this was Stanelcos 18th rns in two months, i'm not about to waste time verifying but if true it explains why each new one is being treated with a healthy dose of salt.
No Greenseal at 35k per machine no sustained sp, it's really that simple.
