Poverty, the 180k was an initial downpayment to cover some legal costs. The damages for breach of trust etc have not been assessed....yet. I've now bought a slug of SEO so mixed feelings on that one!

Amities,/Slt ..Considering yesterdays and todays combined volumes exceed that of the small rights issue and in excess of some 800m+ shares are currently in issue i think the dilutive effect in this type of share will be minimal . And especially in SEO s current market ...... Upon first glance this seems a wonderful RNS .First class.Could we have asked for more at this stage ?? .Not only as another contributer clearly pointed out do we seemingly have a plethora of buyers of buyers @12.8p providing a cushioning if rather wooly and wooden ;but from that RNS statement i get the feeling that SEO are talking from a position of power and stength and setting the agenda as matters. Am i reading to much into the language used in this RNS ?. Without scrutinizing every word l think its great !!! ,,oh LOL Before i go . Eric ? Can i cordially ask as to your meaning as to some being level headed whist i wear a beret . Dont get me wrong no offence was taken and i pissed myself laughing. Trouble being .l simply cant understand it . l am a little slow like that u see. ,,,a'bientot ,,bonne chance ,,J @+

If its aready been posted sorry, Market Report in the Daily Mail says Evolution has raised its target price from 10p to 20p. Being a novice not sure of the implications, or is this the next stage from adolesence to adult. Advice?

According to ShareScope there are 843m shares in circulation (presumably before todays issue). Today's rise gives SEO a market capatalisation of 125m.

Panic EVO (Fleming) has been saying for a while that SEO are potential 1.00 shares if the technology is harvested correctly and deals signed. EVO who he works for (I think) are just saying based on new information regarding ASDA etc they believe the company should be valued at 20p per share (cannot be bothered to do calculations) but it means the company should be valued at ex amount of millions. Hope this helps... Your probably up to GCSE level now...

20p would value the company at around 175m (factoring in today's new issue).

Which as someone (Eric?) pointed out recently lifts it above the 100m threshold for many institutional investors to buy.
Anyone know a website listing significant holdings. Since they are reported when they happen they are in the public domain already. Just be handy to see the list all in one place? I've asked before but got no answer - perhpas, this time.

wow!!! fuck me ragged!!!! just got in and ...blimey. its took me nigh on 20 minutes to catch up . who let all these people into my room? (to be said in a dean martin type voice). hello to all newbies. just read the rns and ...wow... seo have got some balls havent they? any other company would be kissing asda's arse to get a deal , but not seo .
" Stanelco is pleased to announce that it has granted ASDA a 60 day option period
during which the two organisations will endeavour to reach agreement concerning
ASDA's access to Stanelco's RF sealing technology for food retail in the UK and
Ireland. Such agreement will include details of the duration of any
exclusivity."
look at that first line!!!seo know the trial was brilliant. they know if asda dont want it that theres going to be a queue of other big players wanting it.well done seo.ballsy bastards. and well done us too! i mean , after the cc when bprg were crowing and seo price feel to 4p who would have thought a few months later we would be seeing 15p and rising. WE DID!!! (maybe not this soon but......)going away to calm down . will post again later. driver, i dont think we are even out of nappies yet!!!

moneyplus: You should do it more often - have your computer going down, I mean! Mind you missed some excitement and then some. It would have taken you all evening to catch up. Hope you've got your full quota and leaving some for the rest of us. Its mind boggling when they are in CFD form - I keep going back to the numbers because I don't believe what I've read.
Di: Builder coming in firt thing tomorrow, so I'll miss the start of play. Extension replaces a double garage plus large toolroom with asbestos roof and in poor shape. Gives an apartment plus double garage with scope for 2 beds in roof space; we'll let the apartment, adapted for the diabled, for self-catering (outside Rye and a super place to visit - hint! hint!) plus provide for family visits. Funds already in the CFD account to pay for it but happy to leave them there happily accumulating for phase II.
Dexter: sorry to put you last, old mate, but the ladies had to be first , of course, as I remember was your practise! Thanks for asking about Mary. In good fettle but waiting for decision - probably gall bladder out. Also packed off urgentlyto eye consultant with advancing macular degeneration in one eye. Still gets on with her DIY, golf and exhibiting the energy of someone half her age. Great decision to get back into SEO. Definitely the ASOS of 2005, although I am happily in NLR - however, they are starting from a much larger cap.
bos: absolutely right: that RSN, which must have been agreed by ASDA, shows them in the driving seat. We need to remember that they have handled the big boys like BT, presumably, before and so are not fazed by big numbers or big heads!

evening all. a little calmer now. wow! what a week so far. can it get any better? no idea. cant see any more news until the prelims now, unless seo have got other deals lined up. i dont really have anything else to add that hasnt already been said. although nothing is signed i get the feeling that the only thing that can balls everything up is seo themselves. so far so good.

morning all,
from this is money today, all press exposure helps.
Another 46m Stanelco shares changed hands and the close was 2⅞p up at 14⅞p. It has granted supermarket Asda a 60-day option period for both parties to reach an agreement on access to its sealing technology for food retailing the UK and Ireland.
Taking advantage of the current strength of its share price, Stanelco also placed 38m shares at 12⅞p raising 4.8m for working capital
