Well done, ragingbull in particular. From your name you presumably took up long positions. Did you make the money primarily from stock picking or active trading?

Definately stock picking. I only held five positions during the whole of the game. Most of my gains came from MXP which I held for 47 days for a 74% gain. In fact, for the last two months and a bit of the game I didn't do any trading at all, apart from selling MXP on 10/4.

Well done again. Hope you had some real money on MXP. If not, the prize is not a bad consolation. Of course, loading funds into a preferred well-researched stock must be the best way to make money on shares.

I'm still awaiting a reply from MoneyAM about the prize. I assumed that it was 2000 in a spread betting account but I'm not so sure now. They don't seem to sure either.
