Interesting times. All my shares seem to be going up. I'd forgotten what it was like.
Shortly I will have another feeling to contend with which I'd forgotten, which is the shall I sell for a small profit or hold. That one is going to be a puzzle as I have not got a gut feeling where the market is going. It all seems a bit relaxed since the Fed indicated rates may now not be going up so fast.
Usually in January the market falls after the first day or two but this year is different so far. All a bit strange to see LLOY at 54 when it was struggling to hold 50 a few days ago.
Most the trading results coming through are quite good apart interestingly from the on-line retailers which aren't good at all.

The problem with dumping winning holds are the spreads and dealing costs both ways.
But I wish I had listened to myself a while ago and dumped.
Where is the bottom of the market for the next 6 months?

Looks to me like the bulls are bears are battling it out the last couple of days with the bears selling into the rise and the bulls more than absorbing all the stock.
I'm rather hoping all algos which have been trading the downtrend lines since April last year are going to have to start reversing.
Anyways fingers crossed. At least it feels hopeful which is lot better feeling than I've had for the last 6 months.
