yuff

i suggested i would like to see the group generate a profit of 1m to support a cap of 12.5m, 2m for 25m and 4m for a cap of 50m. Clearly it will be a long time or it may never happen for the GSD to acheive these kind of figures with or without the Streaming division.

you obviously cling to any hope having lost so much over the years with Tadpole.

i also suggested that if Nildes are anybody else thought Tadpole were worth 50m they were living in cloud cookoo land.

how is the weather in cloud cookoo land at the moment yuff?

yuff - 01 Dec 2005 12:57 - 1982 of 2262

Have a look at last years figures, GSD's profit was more than 1m, I can see why iii removed your posts now, did they send them to cloud cuckoo land especially for you to read them.
Seems like SW has been backed into a corner now that shareholders are close to the 39m shares needed to add our motions.

Stop talking rubbish yuff

yuff - 01 Dec 2005 13:25 - 1984 of 2262

For the full year, revenues increased by 32% to #4,618,000 compared
with 2003 (#3,498,000) and the operating profit by 21% to #852,000 (2003:
#707,000).

snappy - 01 Dec 2005 13:43 - 1985 of 2262

yuff you said in post 1982 "GSD's profit was more than 1m"

and I said "Stop talking rubbish yuff"

and now you say in post 1984 "and the operating profit by 21% to #852,000"

as I said before stop talking rubbish yuff

You really are a clown, that was profits until Sep 2004, this years figures are over 1m profit for GSD, even a muppet can see that if they increased at 21% thats more than 1m and the interims stated that it was even better than that. This current year will be even better.
I see why you are so sure we will make huge losses you're looking at 3 years ago. LOL
I see why iii deleted you now for living in a time warp, most people want current results not 1999.
Never mind lets hope your fashion sense is a little more upto date.

Groovy!

blinger - 01 Dec 2005 19:20 - 1989 of 2262

I think yuff has suffered enough, a loss of 96% is bad enough, a failed bid for an EGM is tragic, paranoia is a dreadful business, in short just being yuff must be Hell.
I feel really sorry for him, genuinely, lets have some pity in this Xmas month.
Anyone would lash out with that millstone around ones neck, as the New Year approaches, let`s leave him alone to soak up some self-pity for a while, goodness knows he deserves it- pity I mean.

ps the TAD GROUP has never made a profit in 20 years, I expect yuff has held them for that time too, tragic!!

Moneylender - 01 Dec 2005 19:32 - 1990 of 2262

Gosh this site is getting busy, shame its mainy Ollie though!

Yuff stop tormenting the children, you know it makes them worse.

blinger - 01 Dec 2005 20:18 - 1991 of 2262

lol,
here comes the gang now, ML /Scrooge/Fagin,all losing a fortune, all kept afloat by the Club mottoe

"I am a Tadoholic, and need to pretend that all is well and an EGM is coming".

Actually I am deeply sorry for ML too, to admit on a live bb that one had lost 50k+ when the price was in the teens takes balls, my pity extends to you too at Xmas ML/debtcollector et al

yuff - 02 Dec 2005 09:27 - 1992 of 2262

ML
I know I should but it is fun.
Glad to see SW is about to see the light. Think he will try and negotiate to buy SD but I think we should tell him to get stuffed and kick him out at the AGM, unless of course he takes a performance related salary.
Apparemntly he accussed someone of posting 24/7 on the tmf site people think he got confused, pity really because 96% of his posts get removed these days.

blinger - 02 Dec 2005 10:41 - 1993 of 2262

Tragic to see a bloke like yuff sinking into the Slough of Despair in his prime.
The tell tale signs are so obvious to others, the spelling deteriorates, he has fantasies about being haunted on every bb he posts on (dozens all re. TAD ).One sees a little chink of sanity now and then, he suddenly remembers "96%", but no, he transfers that correct figure for his loss on TAD, to an apparitional alias on another bb.
Total confusion , and at Xmas time too, I really pity him in his dreadful pain.

The EGM is doomed, the co. is doomed, and poor old yuff?, well out hearts go out to him.

yuff - 02 Dec 2005 11:00 - 1994 of 2262

looks like sw has realised he hasn't got enough shares to win, so its put up or shut up time, no deals he'll be out at the next agm.

EGM Requisition Update

On 15 November 2005, it was announced that the board expected an EGM Notice
and related documentation to be dispatched to shareholders during the week
commencing 28 November 2005.

In view of continuing discussions among members of the board aimed toward
resolving its differences, the shareholder requisitioners of the EGM, Mr
Steig Westerberg and his related parties, have requested the Company to
withhold the EGM Notice, subject to the continuing right of such
shareholders to renew the requisition as they might deem appropriate.

Further updates will be provided as appropriate.

2nd December 2005

"The EGM is doomed, the co. is doomed, and poor old yuff?, well out hearts go out to him."
ps iain should that read "our heart" LOL how ironic
any chance you can play another record as this one has been stuck for the last 5 years, about time you were ignored although no doubt i will respond to one of your various aliases.

blinger - 02 Dec 2005 11:11 - 1995 of 2262

lololol!

NO EGM then, you couldn`t make it up, and poor old yuff posts on, tragic, manifestly tragic.
Over to the TAD Army then, wheres your EGM??

ROTFLOL

ps yuff thanks for confirming the fact I knew there would be NO EGM, pretty obvious to normal people actually,

yuff - 02 Dec 2005 11:47 - 1996 of 2262

blinger/olie
last post to you, read iii if you still have access, confirms shareholders group have enough votes to call an egm but sensible option will be to kick SW and JD out at the agm, why do you think he called it off, nothing to do with resolution 1 That SW be and is hereby removed from office as a director and the same for dilts.
SW underestimated shareholders and unless he comes up with the goods he'll be out in may next year, meanwhile tad will gop from strength to strength.
you can huff and puff but you'll never beat the yuff
i know it's a hardly lesson to swallow but be a man like ains and move on, no one is interested in your petty squables anymore thats why you follow everyone from board to board.
SQUELCHED!

mackem - 02 Dec 2005 12:01 - 1997 of 2262

yuff.

Surely SW getting the boot is going to be bad news for shareholders, he holds so many that he will start dumping again, it's going to take over a year for him to get rid of his stock.

Moneylender - 02 Dec 2005 12:07 - 1998 of 2262

If TAD are a good bet then maybe he wont want to sell them straight away, after all they do owe him something like 15p per share. I am sure even Stig of the dump wont want to lose that much!

Looks like the initial reaction is a positive one.

I think SW is a loose cannon and is out to get what he can and us the shareholders need to stop him. He isn't worried about the sp only what he can get out of it. I think he thought he could get the whole company on the cheap either by kicking DL out or diluting the sp to virtually zero and then getting his vc buddies to buy the whole thing.
DL cottoned on to this and thats why he spat his dummu out, what he didn't bargain for was Nildes getting 10% support to get motions on the EGM for him to be kicked off the board.
He can hold the EGM over the company but it just gives the other 280m shares to side with the action group, all in all I see SDW either a accepting a performance related salary at the AGM next year or trying to buy the SD which I think we shouldn't allow.

ML
I don't think SW needs 15p a share he got them for nothing and any price is ok to him. 20m shares if Tad start performing will get eaten up easily.

Moneylender - 02 Dec 2005 12:34 - 2000 of 2262

yuff

Personally I am all for going the whole hog now and getting rid of SW and JD. Best to take the rotten apple out of the barrel.
