I did a clean out of my portfolio the other day. Got rid of some dross and re-invested. As per usual, despite doing all the checks and charts on my new stocks, immediately I bought, down went the SP. I am getting to the point where I almost feel it necessary to apologise to stockholders for buying into their companies.

As for stocks going down when you buy them, don't you know that's what happens ;-)

Thanks Opto, I'm glad it isn't just me with my stock picking. I must admit I was taking to a friend the other day who admitted to making a small amount of cash out of share trading. Problem was he had started with a larger amount.

Good morning all. Strange weather here today. If I look out of my back door there is a lovely blue sky and sunshine. Whereas from my front door is grey sky and thick fog. Very odd, what? Horror movie weather.
