Fundy, I had not seen it for ages and then realised it was hanging up on the coat hanger under Spacemans smoking jacket. I hope you dont mind me selling it. The profits will go towards building the new place and especially towards the construction on the new bar.

You don't need to change your computers date to get free antivirus software.
Go to http://www.grisoft.com and download AVG. It's free and you can update it daily.

Spaceman - 04 Jan 2005 08:26 - 21887 of 23498

Hello all, strange weather down south this year, we are now in the middle of a thunder storm and the temperature has varied by about 10C today.

Jeffmack,
what was the Norwich comment about? footbal? are you a local? or a fan? I am from just outside Norwich !

hilary - 04 Jan 2005 08:29 - 21888 of 23498

It was either a coded message to Mrs Mack, Space ......... 'Nickers Off Ready When I Come Home, or something to do with Norwich playing the Giro Boys in the footy yesterday afternoon.

daves dazzlers - 04 Jan 2005 08:36 - 21889 of 23498

Morning H giro boys,it was funny to here your fans,,after alonso got done,,singing, your going home in in the back of an ambulance,,just goes to prove there not all chav`s!!!!!!!!

the burberry flock.

hilary - 04 Jan 2005 08:44 - 21890 of 23498

You don't get too many chavs in South West London, Dazzler. The chavs all seem to eminate from Lakeside and Bluewater round Jeffie's neck of the woods.

:o)

By the way, did they taunt you with a chorus of "Do the Social know you're here?"

jeffmack - 04 Jan 2005 08:49 - 21891 of 23498

Morning All
Spaceman, not from Norwich area, like Hils said, it was a dig at DD and the footie.

Morning Hils and dazzler

hilary - 04 Jan 2005 08:51 - 21892 of 23498

First cup on the horizon.

hilary - 04 Jan 2005 09:25 - 21895 of 23498

That's good news about the back, Jeff. As you probably remember, I've had big back problems so I can sympathise.

daves dazzlers - 04 Jan 2005 09:29 - 21896 of 23498

Must be the seats at the bridge H,poor quality ..

optomistic - 04 Jan 2005 09:37 - 21897 of 23498

Morning All,
DD what did you do with the banner, is it recyleable?
Hilary sorry to hear of your back problem, had a close look at you swimming....seems to be OK now ;-)

daves dazzlers - 04 Jan 2005 09:39 - 21898 of 23498

Opto,it with us every home game, hows tricks.

jeffmack - 04 Jan 2005 09:46 - 21899 of 23498

Must all be soft down at Anfield. Try holding up a banner down the New Den and block someones view. You might be asked politely to take it down again.

hilary - 04 Jan 2005 09:47 - 21900 of 23498

Nothing to do with the seats at the Bridge, Dazzler. I was in a car accident 9 years ago which caused a disc to bulge out of line. I've had a lamenectomy on it, steroid epidurals for pain relief and the only thing which keeps the pain at bay is regular exercise. I now swim 2 miles a day, workout for 30 minutes and do 20 minutes Pilates each day just to keep my back moving freely.

With all that exercise, you'd think that I'd be super lithe, but I still struggle with my weight because I like a glass of wine or six in the evenings.
