This_is_me - 23 Jan 2005 21:59 - 22868 of 23498

Breaking news

Animal rights activists chase man into space.
They then burn down his two houses. This resulted in the deaths of all the mice and a big insurance claim for the man concerned.

daves dazzlers - 23 Jan 2005 22:20 - 22869 of 23498

No snow socs down you end.

Greystone - 23 Jan 2005 22:49 - 22870 of 23498

Just back from watching Real Madrid struggle to overcome Mallorca. Becks had a better game, playing right midfield. Samuel got his nose broken but made up for it by scoring a goal. Great final goal from Solari sealed it 3-1 for Real.

Terrific tapas, quails eggs on toast again....and barbecued pork bocadillos...

Getting a bit chilly again tonight. They are forecasting nightime temperatures down to -15c for us later in the week so I will be looking for any excuse to take a short break in UK... ;-)

Spaceman - 24 Jan 2005 06:48 - 22871 of 23498

TIM ;-) hope not we are already involved in an insurance claim in Sevenoaks and thats why we have 2 houses ! Might be a good way to get rid of the mice though.

GB, I think I saw a little mouse in the header do you want to borrow a trap?

This_is_me - 24 Jan 2005 12:24 - 22874 of 23498

I haven't seen Hilary for a while, not since Chelski failed to beat a second string Utd side at the Bridge. Is that a co-incidence (!) or is she off to break a leg again sliding down a mountain?

little willie - 24 Jan 2005 13:49 - 22875 of 23498

Afternoon all, nice cuppa rosy for me please, just back from a estate committee meeting then another one this evening at 6pm, boy is early

Yes to the swiss roll cilla.
Teas up!

Priscilla - 24 Jan 2005 15:17 - 22879 of 23498

Lovely, thanks. Must be colder outside than I realized. Don't look round, Snowey, but there's a polar bear warming his bum at the log fire. I've made him a pile of buttered toast and some bourbon biscuits. Well-mannered bear. He said 'thank you!'

Spaceman - 24 Jan 2005 15:21 - 22880 of 23498
