Morning! Would that be a fruit snooty or a fruit smoothy? I can't find fruit snoothy on the menu. For fruit snooties there are Giant Granadillas, Golden Passion fruits, Amazonian Grapes, or Malay Roseapples.

kim, you better get the Axe out (key is under the microwave) and break down the door to KEAYDIANS room. We need to get that fire out, after all remember what happened to K's old place.

(Gasp, puff!) Had to rush out to buy a new extinguisher, fire must be well alight by now, whoa look at all that smoke. OK microwave, hmmm, ah yes, key to axe cupboard. OK here we go (Crash, splinter, crunch....kick, splinter, crash) There it goes! (Swooooooooooooshhhh!) Yes! looks like the fire is out, can't see much under all that foam but I don't see any more smoke. KEAYDIAN is going to be sooooooo grateful that I saved him!

Morning all after yesterdays rather nasty fruit snoothy, I thought a fruit smoothy would be nice to start today so I have made up a batch and left it on the counter.

Its got Blueberries, Raspberrys, Banana, Apple Juice, Soya Milk and a small amount of bran in it, despite these ingredients its actually rather nice and my GF tells me it contains most of my 5 fruit and vegetables for the day (which I take to mean I am free to have as many Omega 3 Fish Finger as I want)

Morning! The smoothy sounds very, um, healthy! I would think that after something as healthy as that several portions of Omega 3 Fish Fingers would be perfectly acceptable, along maybe, with several burgers and chips.

Oh, mind the splinters, they seem to be everywhere! That foam is taking a long time to disperse.

Well I thought it would be a waste not to have a party.
