Greekman has a fair point.
- Tell me why is the LSE/FSA so insistant on getting paperwork right and being a general pain when BB's chirp up....when the real culprits are trying to run companies like it was their second hobby?
Shouldn't execs have to explain what they contribute each year..to the shareholders at the AGM?....SEO's was a shambles this year with no real information of any use IMHO.
It's difficult to imagine that there isn't "some value" in most companies - provided it is still able to breathe - what appears to happen is these execs hope something (like a contract!) will "turn up" and all their problems will be solved.
If this greenseal was not commercial, why didn't someone notice? Is no-one in charge?
Electron - disaster
Marconi - dare not speak the name
SEO - bluster and nothing..... (although their second Patent row should be interesting! ...Let's hope their new Ch Exec is better than the previous one in Court...oops).
Will SEO shuffle off to AIM? - I'm sure Ofex won't have them after this performance...might give Ofex a bad name!
+Any more for the Doom camp?

can anyone explain why the mcap is now worth less than what bits of seo are worth?
Given that the new management have managed in a week to dessimate the sp, I would have thought they might have put forward grand plans to rebiuld it .
Why have'nt the institutions dumped and run off?
WHAT THE **** is going on?
Very confused.

Cantlose posed the question in his/her post above as to whether Elizabeth Filkin was worth the 15,000 we have paid her for the past three years.
This is my answer below.
Value for money?
NO!! And a total waste of space.

OK, now had enough of SEO,s management (especially the 2005/2006 brigade).
Within the next month I will be reviewing the dozens of news released put out by this company and will compile a report to the market regulators, listing those releases that I consider misleading, either intentionally, recklessly or/and with crass negligence as to the facts of content. When completed I will copy the report to this site for those who are interested.
Whether I get a result or not I will also post any response.
Unfortunately I can not compile such a report in a shorter time due to other commitments.
Note....I am not adverse to a companies share price dropping as the investing proviso always warns us (shares can go up as well as down, your money may be at risk etcetera) but I am aggrieved if at least I don't get a fair run for my money.
The market rules are there to be kept, (OK we all know the vast amount of bending said rules companies get away with) but in my opinion SEO have stepped well past the mark.
Knowing the facts as known to others, a level playing field, not being treated like the proverbial mushroom, etc.
The above is a totally personal viewpoint, of opinion, not fact.

greekman ... don't bother to waste your time; i'm sure you really have much better and more constructive things to do ..... the writing has been on the wall for SEO in fluorescent bubble writing ever since i joined MAM a year or more ago

Good luck with that, you will probably be as surprised as I if you get anywhere, but good for you for trying. The demise of Greenseal does not surprise me, at the very least the machines were too slow, I am a little shaken however that so many other things have gone wrong; then again perhaps I should not be surprised as the management have been bo**ocks. Despite everything I have hung on to my 400k holding, not because of the loss I would make if I sold now but I am, without any real foundation anymore, stuck with a strange feeling that SEO will someday (no longer in the foreseeable future) become a profitable company.............or be taken out by SPhere or another company. Like Tweenie, I am puzzled as to why the Institutions appear to be still holding, do they really know more than we do or are they just stupid, like me?!

do not be surprised .... Barclays investment arm were piling into BFC while it tumbled below 20p ..... I thought they much know something I/we didn't so refrained from trying to short further ...... clearly Barclays were just DUMB!

I think they just fancied the name Cynic, BFC ...... Barclays FC maybe, turned out to be Barclays F****ed! There seems to be a general stalling in the "Green" drive, not without reason - too much too soon, not enough thought has gone into the whole thing really, a bit like the dotcom boom/bust.

Which will be the worst. A suspension, a return to market as a cash shell, a management takeover at a crazy price or a takeover buy the company involved in in one of its products.
Happy days!
