accord/andy ,,,Dont wish to sound intrusive but any chance of the same request as Bos in a copy and paste ....

bosley - 08 Apr 2005 12:04 - 2582 of 27111

some hefty sells going through but price is holding up well at this new level.

Chiva20 - 08 Apr 2005 12:19 - 2583 of 27111

Moving on up in fact ..

overgrowth - 08 Apr 2005 12:20 - 2584 of 27111

bosley - looks like all the folks who wanted to sell before the drop and missed their chance, the price is likely to be holding up well because the MMs have a substantial buy order.

When these characters are out of the way, the resistance will be broken and we should see a rise to 20p+ (which will also tie in very nicely with the recent rising trend channel of higher highs and higher lows).

bosley - 08 Apr 2005 12:42 - 2585 of 27111

og , absolutely!!!!!!!!

overgrowth - 08 Apr 2005 12:45 - 2586 of 27111

Moving up very nicely - that insti buy must be huge.

Look at the MMs scrabbling around having to buy more shares at top dollar also - this is very good news.

MMs short of shares, suspected large institutional buys (after having time to digest the recent news) and a decent price rise which should get the weekend press a bit more interested this time.

bosley - 08 Apr 2005 12:57 - 2587 of 27111

they are not the only ones scrambling around . im doing a bit of scrambling around trying to find some more money.i have nothing left to sell apart from moi, but i want to keep these a bit. i was hoping for consolidation at this level but.....

then i look at you.........da da da
and the worlds alright with me........ da da da
just one look at you.....da da da
and i know its gonna be................
a lovely dayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

g64946 - 08 Apr 2005 12:59 - 2588 of 27111

sure is - like you bosley i would like to be able to top up somehow!

TheFrenchConnection - 08 Apr 2005 13:13 - 2589 of 27111

it will also tie in( or moor in ) with buying my yaucht hehe ..Vol of 5m by mid-day .Swathes of red followed by still bigger swathes of blue. ,l like this-Unfolding like a game of chess ,l would agree overgrowth lt would appear relavent mms are filling an order, or as is more likely, thier own respective books ,,,,early indicators are at work which illustate even at this very very early stage this share acts more like a "hi tec" stock of old aka "Baltimore Tech ,Kewill systems, Vocalis ect ect in that both fundementals and ANY chartists pattern are absolutely disregarded and potential makes its momentum .........a'bientot @+ J

TheFrenchConnection - 08 Apr 2005 13:18 - 2590 of 27111

and like an internet stock i took my eye of it to write that last contribution and the s/p went up 7%,,,l could really grow to like SEO ...This buyer is HUGGGE

EWRobson - 08 Apr 2005 13:20 - 2591 of 27111

Hi, folk. Great to see the sp going north again. Absence explained by a victorious golf match yesterday, so to come back and see the news completed a great day. Then watched the Masters - taken a CFD out on Luke Donald!

Really enjoyable posts, particularly those giving me some credit when none was due! (proven wrong, temporarily, my Evil). Agree with overgrowth re a rising channel, but that resistance is now being tested at 18.75p. Another RNS would take it through and my forecast of 28p remains intact except for the timing. Agree Keith's post re momentum and SEO is poised to get cracking again with the appropriate impulse (remember your maths! - MV=Pt, as I remember it, change of momentum -= impulse).

Just to summarise. (1) The deal with Premier I see as primarily for retrofits and that is the way that SEO will handle those in the US. It should also be a model for other territories. Given that it will take three months to train up their engineers, that will keep the SEO engineer trainers busy. It therefore seems likely that SEO will nogotiate a parallel arrangement, perhaps for Asian territories, to roll out after that. However, an RNS could come earlier and could be the major boost to break the resistance level.

(2) The Reiser deal was with a manufacturer and related to their retrofitting to their own machines as well. Nick, I think the exclusivity would preclude deals with other manufacturers original equipment but not to retrofitting generally in the market. There has been no news of this deal but presumably Reiser are shooting ahead with new machines though not yet retrofitting.

(3) I am not sure that SEO need an exclusivity deal with Walmart. Whilst important to Walmart, I don't think that they are as big in % terms as ASDA over here. Why would SEO need it. ASDA controls roll-out in UK and Ireland within capacity of SEO's engineering staff, but the Premier deal means that that constraint isn't present in the US (or other markets).

(4) Re Evil, there appears to be evidence that the rise in price yesterday was partly due to shorts being closed. Would Evil necessarily say if he had closed his own position - we'll wait and see. I actually feel rather sorry for Evil's acolytes! Evil takes a short at 17p and his 'angels' take their shorts down to 14.5p. Lets say Evil closes his short at 17p for a break-even on the RNS. His angels close their's at 18p or higher or even keep them open. Is Evil interested in you or going to look after you - NO! He couldn't care an FCUK!

(5) Turning to TFC's interesting posts (as usual). Right on Europe - will SEO handle that themselves, which will slow the process down, appoint agents like Reiser and/or engineers like Premier which will speed things up at the expense of margin? You mention volatility with the MMs enjoying the swings. I suspect thaat that does not take into account that Evolution are an MM. I suspect that they also have a heavy position themselves and may be the architect of fulfilling their own prophecy of the sp moving to 30p. I also have used CFDs for most of my SEO position but intend to hold them medium term. It costs 2% over LIBOR per day, but that is really inexpensive borrowing. But, well done, you have made a bit on the turn.

(6) To sd's question re projections. We already have been told that the US will account for over 50% of sales so that must be at least 10M next year, given ASDA 5m+ and other sales in the UK not effected by the exclusivity. But I believe the current forecasts made by andy and myself, and broadly agreeing with the better researched figures of Evolution, are now history. SEO are after the 50,000 machine population and could get a very decent % of that in the next 2 or 3 years. So the forcasts of an sp of 1 could be a major understatement. Every announcement from SEO improves the position. Thus, trade the share if you like, but the key thing is to be in for the ride - and with an appropriately overweight position!

I like this ERFC! Quite happy to be a leader to tackle the scourge of the EKFC. And Newcastle won last night. The future is rosy (blue) - the future is SEO!

Don't mention Baltimore , LOL

EWRobson - 08 Apr 2005 13:24 - 2593 of 27111

lol! rofl! Took a time to write that post and the sp rises 1p in the meantime! We are actually in new territory with terrific momentum. Enjoy!

g64946 - 08 Apr 2005 13:25 - 2594 of 27111

Agree with you Eric - Donald does look good in he Masters too, but have a feeling about Harrington myself - any idea where how he finished?

g64946 - 08 Apr 2005 13:28 - 2595 of 27111

Reckon we will break 20p today
- ps would give Casper a wide berth on a CFD in the Masters, IMHO, lol!

superrod - 08 Apr 2005 14:23 - 2596 of 27111

just been quoted 19.07 to close a T10 i took out 2 hours ago for 18.65 ( 25k shares ).

EWRobson - 08 Apr 2005 14:26 - 2597 of 27111

I think Harrington was level but looked good. The finish yesterday had diMarco on 4 under, Luke Donald tied second at 3 under with the formidable trio of Singh, Mikelson and Goosen at 2 under. Would not be at all surprised if the winner came from these although it is early doors! No doubt about the winner for share of the year, though - surprise, surprise; Stanelco!

Evolution comment says that 'reality starts to underpin forecasts' and expect an announcement soon of a manufacturing agreement. SEO clearly plan to minimise the build up of their own staff which sounds sensible as there will be a lot of competition to land the contract. They also say not to forget Frogpack. I acknowledge the copyright nature of their analysis. Its a good idea to register in their sight which is evbgresearch.com

EWRobson - 08 Apr 2005 14:28 - 2598 of 27111

superrod - why would you want to do that? Hold and accumulate, surely! ER

superrod - 08 Apr 2005 14:32 - 2599 of 27111

just making a point :o))

TheFrenchConnection - 08 Apr 2005 14:36 - 2600 of 27111

Amities / bid price rose from 18.75 to 19 on the back of a couple of SELL trades totalling about 200k on this basis we must conclude mms want stock desperately or there is a big buyer behind the scenes in the market. @+..J
