Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Priscilla: On your mobile I think you have the display set to 'current'(which is default). You will need to select 'mid' to display mid price.

The price change on my stockwatch is consistently wrong on BPG , I haven't checked any others.

Streaming is wrong and html is right , one shows -1 the other shows +7.5.

Ian, any idea why some of the Trades on FDI are coming through with a time of 01:00:00 ?
I've checked elsewhere and all is ok.

These are late trades from yesterday from with an automatic preset time of 1.00am from overnight.

I've queried this before and don't believe that trades timed 01:00 are late trades from overnight or yesterday, as these should be reported before open or show a "L" late trade flag, AFAIK.
I've also noticed that some trades that are timed at 01:00 on L2 tradelist have genuine looking times on stockwatch.

Thanks for the feedback - I was unsure myself, and did discuss this with Mike, who confirmed that they are late trades - I will investigate further and let you know.

I have just cross checked on BPG on streaming stockwatch HTML stockwatch and Level 2 and all are showing the same price and movement at the moment - does that happen for you at a particular point in the day or have you seen this throughout the day?

FOGL floated this morning, and float price was 40p.

The price is now 55p, and the monitor is showing a red negative, ie a loss!

Something is wrong here, can you please correct the price to 40p?

Initial dealings were at a higher price, but the official opening price was 40p.

NEWS FLAGS

When are the news flags supposed to appear on stock watch.
I thought they are supposed to be live as in within a minute or less.
The majority appear delayed or do not appear untill you refresh the page.
(prices are live)
example today PET. read it on bulitin board first then it appered after I refrshed stock watch page. Why. Graeme.

Graeme - they've admitted newsflags are faulty now(only appearing on refresh) and I seem to remember it was about third in their priority action list.
Thanks to Jonathon for presenting the snagging list here, as that does actually show that our complaints and queries aren't just disappearing into cyberspace.

Ian - Any news on those 01:00 timestamps or are we still pretending they're overnight trades??

Also, is there a problem with historic data, as I've noticed several stocks in the 52 week low toplist that I'm certain aren't at 52week lows? Presumably the toplist doesn't log them until after open, so shouldn't be affected by MM opening order??
