If England did get through : I reckon it could be Colombia in the second round ! Off topic......what they should do at Wembley and would be a good earner : is to install a section of removable steps over the arc over the stadium so that people can walk up and over the whole complex, (the view would be incredible)....of course this would not be in operation during games or events or in bad weather with high winds, and would have to be lightweight with a maximum of 10 persons at a time on the gantry probably.....can't believe that the architects never thought about including this during construction...

Late but anyway:

Trouble with numbers in midfield, still, Gerrard was very poor; Rooney in the first half, Welbeck in the second, the problem continued - he is finished, and we are relying on him!

Wasting Rooney and think the same goes for Baines.

Not sure what you mean about wasting Kid.

All the wile Rooney is played out of position we are unlikely to see the best of him, As for Bains well a terrific L.B. going forward from what I've seen of him, defensively like the other full back.. both lacking in defending capability at the top level.
