The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Too many personal insults flying about on this thread when there doesnt need to be. Personally I think that threads need their rampers, derampers and dreamers to give a balanced view (as long as its civil)
I dont think for one minute that Tabby is a ramper, he is more like a dreamer who is love with the share, is sitting on a loss but ultimately believes it will give him big gains in the future.
I dont believe that Dil and Treb are deramping for their own gain and much of what they say is very true and factual.
I for one got caught in the hype many times in my early share buying days. I used to listern to people saying this will treble in 6 months, going to the moon etc etc. I think I lost money in almost every share of this type I invested in. Maybe if there had been a Dil or Treb about at the time I would have thought twice about some of my investments.
This thread would have very few posts if Dil and Treb were not invoking some kind of response from tabby or the nasty scotty.
So live and let live and accept that others can and do have different opinions to yourself, but no need for personal attacks.

Dil why do you contradict what people that put up say.you have no financial interest in the companyand you certainly dont care about other peoples investmentsso there should be absolutely no reason to post.and you wont give any reason other than to contradict because there aint one without sounding a c**t!

JeffDil treblemouth.gay boy pottyal and co.are committed shortersand if you dont think they deramp wellcomecome!Andy .. Kim and others dont hold shares but you dont hear them carrying on in the manor of the tribe! They say their point of viewand we read with interesteven if we dont agree sometimes.

effmack it's probably true to say that most small caps on AIM (or less!) are worthless. That is IMHO worth considerably less than the punter is expected to pay. The only way a company can raise money is to sell shares for cash. Unfortunately this requires the price to be considerably higher than evens - since their advisors need money up-front.
-Perhaps we should be asking if any professionals are taking their pay in shares?
-and what price they paid!
If you consider the solid businesses on the Main Market, the likes of HBOS, LLOY and NRK - these all give (gave) indications they were solid and at no time did anyone suggest they were on the road to ruin. Even the Auditors of NRK were quite happy to sign-off their report . . . yet to anyone that knew their buinsess model could see there were risks.
Gradually as investors looked, this risk became common-currency, with any who had bought cheaply, cashing in "just in case".
More recently the tie-up LLOY/HBOS has made folk look at the HBOS model, and realise that it's not so different from NRK ( or B&B, now Nationalised), whose businesss depends upon easy-money. The risk that this might falter, (even for 1-year) is considerable over such a long timescale, like 25 years.... Yet this was never pointed out to investors. (or Depositors, hence those queues!)
-Now about AIM - these are "lightly regulated" (indeed the AIM Market uses this as a boast, (like selling Rottweillers with elastic leashes, eh?), this not in the Public (investment) interest IMHO and where Institutions hold a small % you will see this being sold-down in these times. Fortunately for them they bought cheaply, so don't suffer like Retail Investors.
Incidently I suspect we pay too much, maybe by a factor between ten and fifty in good times. That's why "even now" many AIM-stocks are overpriced, when you factor-in the risks....
1)That you don't get a dividend.
2)That your investment goes belly-up.
If someone can estimate - What price should one pay for these combined risks?
Not easy, eh?

Dil, you're wrong (nothing new there huh?) Tabby isn't only fully invested he's leveraged up to the hilt and he's on the verge of losing a great deal of money he can ill afford. How do I know? I just do. Why does he continue to verbally abuse and threaten me? Because he knows I can read him like a 9 year old's bedtime story.
Nice bounce, it won't last. 10p IMO

If it was 5p it would be because they are desperate and have to take what they can get.
30p .... your having a giraffe !
Why do you think they aren't saying how much they raised ????
ptholden - 02 Oct 2008 12:33 - 3174 of 3212
What is pertinent is that they have had to issue shares to raise cash which reinforces their poor financial position. If they were issued at yesterday's market value of 19p (unlikley) they raised 250k, this is not a great deal of money for a 50M turnover company

Hello Scotty…how are you doing? Its hard graft on this site!
I think with a “put option” you can do a current deal to sell [price fixed and discounted] for a future sell? But mdx has not been that price or near for ages!

ps: mr.boulton predicts market to have hit bottom.....he is ex fund manager for decades who has outperformed everyone in that time
pps: mdx have also got rid of broker, patel and RT......all of this is good news IMHO......it might be slow going from now but through time sp will be much higher.....we need banks to recover 1st and through time most things will get better
