Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Just clicked back to Stockwatch and hey, guess what, RPT has a totally blank entry. The first time it happened I thought they had been suspended

MightyMicro - 13 Feb 2006 17:01 - 4362 of 7315

ToK: Win98 (i.e. not 98SE) and the "not quite latest" Java should be fine. I don't think that's your problem.

jimmy b: You'll have been looking at a cached (stored) version of Friday's home page. A refresh would fix it.

MM - So what do you think is the problem?

The Other Kevin - 13 Feb 2006 17:04 - 4364 of 7315

Clicked back to Stockwatch and half the columns have been filled in

MightyMicro - 13 Feb 2006 17:12 - 4365 of 7315

ToK: Not sure -- I've just checked out streaming StockWatch on Win98 including RPT and all seems to be well.

MM - Not well at this end. Never mind, tomorow is another day. Let's hope I don't have to continue whingeing

hewittalan6 - 14 Feb 2006 08:08 - 4369 of 7315

The Other Kevin - 14 Feb 2006 08:22 - 4370 of 7315

The Other Kevin - 14 Feb 2006 08:49 - 4371 of 7315

bhunt1910 - 15 Feb 2006 07:34 - 4373 of 7315

NO SEO innfo again this morning

The Other Kevin - 15 Feb 2006 08:38 - 4374 of 7315

Good morning boffins, Hey, guess what, no RPT details in Stockwatch. To be fair they were included when I first logged in but on second log-in they have vanished.

The Other Kevin - 15 Feb 2006 08:44 - 4375 of 7315

Now it's OK

Bullshare - 15 Feb 2006 08:51 - 4376 of 7315

TOK; Have logged in as you from a number of computers yesterday and today and your 'watchers' list seems fine including RPT. Seems Ok wth you now as well. If it happens again could you send a screenshot to spooky@moneyam.com and we will have another look. Does seem a localised issue which we cannot replicate

The Other Kevin - 15 Feb 2006 08:57 - 4377 of 7315

Bully - RPT isn't on my Watchers list it's on Holdings. The problem was happening intermittently all day yesterday. All OK at present

The Other Kevin - 15 Feb 2006 14:01 - 4378 of 7315

How do I send a screenshot (he asked, covered with embarrassment)? I tried File/Send/Page by E-Mail but a message flashed up saying my Activ-X settings were such that the page would not display correctly. In fact, when I looked, the page surrounds were OK but the streaming content in the middle was a blank rectangle apart from a little red cross. I was going to send a completely blank RPT line. Now, most of the columns have been filled in.

EDIT Now the line is completely blank. Advice please on how to send

bhunt1910 - 16 Feb 2006 07:52 - 4379 of 7315
