Good morning campers. Good to see Uncle Socks at number five in the leaderboard. I'll celebrate with a cup of tea and a full breakfast. Socks has taken a day off to put his chariot through the MOT, I think the chariot is OK but one of the nags might end up in the cafe sausages.

No folks, I couldn't do that, what eat old Clarabelle, never. Put her out to pasture to end her days grazing in Englands green and pleasant.

[:-)

snoball - 03 Mar 2004 10:15 - 4523 of 23498

Good luck with the MOT Socs.
My nag goes in tomorrow.

A full English would go down well right now. With extra fried bread.

Socrates - 03 Mar 2004 12:11 - 4524 of 23498

MOT passed with flying colours, the nag was fine but they said the driver should be put down.

snoball
Extra fried bread, the weight watchers will stage a riot if you have that.

Socrates - 03 Mar 2004 13:52 - 4525 of 23498

Socco has heated up the grill and will be laying out afternoon tea. Cornish cream tea, toasted teacakes and hot crumpets!

stockbunny - 03 Mar 2004 15:02 - 4526 of 23498

Afternoon People!!
Half-Price Salmon - oh Poochy dear don't sell your cooking short
like that, anything cooked by your fair paws is worth at least
full price!! Just lemon with it...well there's beauty in simplicity!

This-Is-Me...back to the rabbit pie stuff huh....Need to keep my eye on you!

Optimistic the bunny doesn't usually stray out of the warren
after 4pm unless I have got time off for good behaviour!

Extra fried bread...Oh Gentlemen please...Snowie has the diet
died an early death??? Socs you shouldn't encourage him!!

Dearest GD - I know babies tend to be like an out-break of the flu
before you know it everyone has suddenly fallen for it - just
think you can be Uncle GD, all the fun and none of the hard work!!!

zarif - 03 Mar 2004 15:22 - 4527 of 23498

Nice hot cuppa D for me.
Any of you worldly revellers use or know anything about trendsignal decision support system .They ad on the Mam header. Was just speaking to them earlier on and to be honest sounded quite good (2997 plus vat).Said will let them know in an hour -any suggestions except that i should keep away from the mushrooms and the Mug of tea that gd is no comparison to the one sitting in the cafe.

Never heard of it, not that that's surprising. Why use software and risk not making a fortune when you can sell it and make a fortune that way.

I'd ask around on a few boards before I bought, not a sum to make a quick decision on.

zarif - 03 Mar 2004 15:57 - 4529 of 23498

socs -wise thoghts and thank u.

stockbunny - 03 Mar 2004 16:27 - 4530 of 23498

zarif - 03 Mar 2004 16:37 - 4531 of 23498

It's so quiet here I think I'll go back to work tomorrow.

Stockbunny
You're quite right, I'm not called Socrates for nothing, I have to pay most people!

Simple tea tonight, cheese on toast with crispy streaky bacon on top. Just what the doctor ordered, then he had a heart attack!

Here's a laugh:

One day, at a swanky London Restaurant, a man suddenly called out, "my son is choking, he swallowed a pound coin! Help! Please, anyone! Help!"

A man from a nearby table stood up and announced that he was quite good at this sort of thing. He stepped over with almost no look of concern at all, wrapped his hands around the boy's family jewels, and squeezed. Out popped the pound coin. The man then nonchanently went back to his table as quite unfazed.

"Thank you, I'm so grateful!" the father cried. "Are you a paramedic?"

"No," replied the man. "I work for the Inland Revenue."

Out after 4pm today! been a good little bunny today then? if you have I will send you some cheese crackers, my little pet rabbit loves them.

snoball - 03 Mar 2004 18:22 - 4534 of 23498

zarif, why pay someone else for software when you seem to be managing quite well on your own?

zarif - 03 Mar 2004 18:38 - 4535 of 23498

Snoball:
I managed to get it at 2500 inc vat and they even suggested that rather than pay in one go i should give them in installments. The package is on its way as we speak. Also it was just that it looked quite good and if it a useful toy than will make even better trades.
On a final note as they say "easy come easy go" The winning i had on the Longs and Last 3 days shorts on the Fx gave me a very hefty gain and it was burning a hole in my pocket -now that i have spent some of it i am content.
Will post the trades and how it performs under the cold day of light when it arrives.Lets see if we can all benefit from it.

It's not those 25 lb giant crabs that are invading from northern waters I hope. One leg of those is enough for a good meal.

This_is_me - 03 Mar 2004 23:07 - 4539 of 23498

Oh dear!! Crashed below the magic 100,000 mark in the game. Sob Sob. AHT has had a massive retrace, so too NHP (although, thankfully it is now shooting up again) and my new pick, SIR, looks like it may have decided to wait until nearer the results next month before taking off.

Disaster! At this rate I will soon be beside limp Hilary - come to think of it that might not be too bad, I could massage her gammy leg and get it ready for the skiing!

snoball - 04 Mar 2004 10:39 - 4540 of 23498

zarif,
good luck with the software. I look forward to seeing the trades.
Will you be posting them on the Dow thread?

Oh dear! I have gone down below little woman but am still on top of bunny girl.
