Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

bhunt,

I can see what you mean on refresh - we will do a restart to see if that clears it.

Am I alone in finding this site virtually unusable this weekend and this morning-I must have seen that log-in 20 times.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 02 May 2006 08:28 - 4736 of 7315

PW Carnell,

The login problems over the weekend were caused by the migration we were doing, unfortunately, due to way our cookies were set before, we needed them to expire before you could log onto the new architecture.

If you follow the maintenance thread, you'll see solutions to the problems you've been having, however, to summarise:

Please go to:
http://www.moneyam.com/temp/cookie-reset.php

and then log back into the site. Everything should then be ok.

If it's not, please post and we'll work through the next stage together.

that link takes me to the home page.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 02 May 2006 08:39 - 4738 of 7315

PW Carnell,

That's correct, and it looks like you're able to log back in again, else you couldn't post here.

Is everything ok now?

Please could you check out the charts on Money am, please? I use candle charts and the charts are still showing candles for Good Friday and Easter Monday. These need to be removed, as does the candle showing for May 1st. Thanks in anticipation.

Pond Life,

We will take a look into this,

Ian
