I can`t speak for Ian but I doubt if he wonders or cares what the TAD thread
has to say as long as the rest of the bb is healthy, and it is , the reason nothing constructive is being said is two fold, one everybit of washing clean and dirty from this co. has been picked over ad nauseum, and two the calibre of poster since the booting out of your other aliases is such that the need to post every nuance of a shares movement or lack of it is unecessary.
TAD is moribund, and range bound, er thats it

Issue of Equity - Additional Listing


The Company today announced the issue of 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price
of 3.885p to GEM Global Yield Fund Limited, pursuant to the equity line of
credit provided to the Company by GEM Global Yield Fund Limited and GEM Advisors Inc., details of which are contained in a circular to shareholders dated 31 January 2002. (WHAT CIRCULAR? DID ANYONE ACTUALY GET THIS?)


Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the 10,000,000
Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock
Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 16 June 2003.

3.885p - raised 338,500 and Gem got over 700,000 worth! (Not including the discounted lot - 3.36 a share GEM got in May!)

Does anyone have any idea how much of the original 10,000,000 - Tadpole, has left to use up by selling shares to GEM?

Lovely and quiet without the ramping ring, but no doubt they are plaguing some one else.

I actually quite like TAD but have been bored by all the ramping and lies.

I have a few of these but would buy more if the spreas was not such a killer.

Why dont Tadpole sell everything and use the proceeds to set up Off Licences.Theres money in drink. Or they could use the proceeds to move into Horse training or running Tennis Tournaments.

Just a few ideas.
