smiler
I am down today but still happy with my lot it's just a pull back, I'm well up on the week.

smiler o - 22 Feb 2007 06:33 - 502 of 934

Good job ! erx a bit low ! :(

moneyplus - 22 Feb 2007 10:43 - 503 of 934

Lots of interest at NAD this morning-3rd on the leader board.

cynic - 22 Feb 2007 10:55 - 504 of 934

NAD .... now why on earth would anyone want to go public with such a piffling company .... cap of 850k? ..... our own very small company is worth much more than that (and profitable!)

soul traders - 22 Feb 2007 11:00 - 505 of 934

Can I buy shares in Cynic Limited, then? EPIC: CYN

While you're waiting for the IPO, check out GNG. Rising all the time, winning contracts, still looks cheap and I'm up about 35%.

soul traders - 22 Feb 2007 11:01 - 506 of 934

Sorry, CYN already exists. how about CNIC?

cynic - 22 Feb 2007 11:08 - 507 of 934

hi soul* .... lots of peeps want to buy our company; we must get 3 or 4 (in)direct approaches a year .... though i say it myself, our MBO bought a pretty sick company about 3 years ago and have now turned it right around ..... and growing!

moneyplus - 22 Feb 2007 11:09 - 508 of 934

Ah we meet again cynic! Little acorns you know ---this one might surprise you.

soul traders - 22 Feb 2007 11:14 - 509 of 934

MP, how do you know Cynic has little acorns? (sorry, sorry, couldn't resist . . . )

Talking of which, PLE hs just released an RNS updating on its premature ejaculation product. Phase III trials are around the corner. Could rocket on news of a partnership deal. You heard it here :o)

hewittalan6 - 22 Feb 2007 11:14 - 510 of 934

Its come too soon for me.

soul traders - 22 Feb 2007 11:18 - 511 of 934

It's now enjoying its lettuce leaf afterwards.

cynic - 22 Feb 2007 11:21 - 512 of 934

MP .... which little gem (lettuce?) might surprise me?

soul* .... when you are old as me, PE is not a prob!

moneyplus - 22 Feb 2007 11:38 - 513 of 934

NAD now suspended temporarily-lots of comment on the other side I have been watching and taking note. lots of buying over the past few days so hope it returns having trebled the sp.-though being cynical I only have a few!

cynic - 22 Feb 2007 11:42 - 514 of 934

as i only deal in CFDs, cap needs to be 10m+ before even starting ..... my comment re NAD was on the basisi that it is damn expensive to go public, so a cap of just 850k is a joke ..... that's considerably less than twice our tiddly company's profit after tax and we only have to answer to ourselves (3 of us) and not a bunch of moronic city slickers and investors (sorry guys ... lol!)

soul traders - 23 Feb 2007 08:43 - 515 of 934

GNG up 10% today on news that Seymour Pierce has started coverage with an "outperform" rating:

GNG Bid: 50p Offer: 53p Change: 5.5

smiler o - 23 Feb 2007 08:54 - 516 of 934

Morning ST GCM also up 10% so far :)

moneyplus - 23 Feb 2007 09:22 - 517 of 934

I'm now back into SBT and PRTY in a small way-signs are looking positive. I'm hopin to make up the nasty hit I took when they were knocked by the yanks.

driver - 23 Feb 2007 16:49 - 518 of 934

Keep an eye on ASM.
A good RNS or HUG today from ASM on it's Phase II trial of its prostate cancer drug AS1404IT'S, that with the good progress in talks with potential marketing partners for AS1404 phase III makes ASM look very cheap at 50p could be a three or four bagger from here.

robertalexander - 27 Feb 2007 15:08 - 519 of 934

anyone know what has happened to FAO showing as zero in my portfolio. has it been suspended? it is pretty much a dead duck as far as i can see but not sure if i want to waste the cost of selling. if i ignore it long enough it make come back to life enough to sell

Anyone who is keen on uranium stocks might like the look of NU. It seems less of a gamble to me so I have picked up a few-it is basically a trading exchange for uranium and the sp chart looks very encouraging. I'd welcome some comments.
