How would you like to trade a market where you get large regular price swings every 10 minutes in the afternoon, seven days a week. A
market where all prices are set purely by supply and demand, few transaction costs, no middle men and you only pay commission if you win? Where you can freely act as a market maker and where you have direct market access and where you can create a spread for others to take?
Betfair has revolutionised the betting market and created an open platform for exchanging risk on sports events. This market is now viewed much more like a traditional financial risk market than an old fashioned betting market. Smart users have realised that there are huge opportunities on Betfair because they can buy and sell risk in much the same way they would in a normal financial market but without the burden of cost or the restricted access that is usually associated with traditional financial markets.

surely the self confessed "special one" will be able to turn it round at half time - starting with removing Gudjohnsen from the fray lol

Should have been 2-0 - will they regret that miss?

Backed Chelsea, Real and Lyon (large) clean on the latter two but I've now learnt not to try and trade 3 matches in 1 go! Far too scary

Lyon was scary to start as well no doubt, 1-0 down early now 2-1 up

Already reduced some of the liability. If that last Betis chance had gone in I'd have been sitting on a profit!

Gonna stick to one match at a time from here on! Safe now but hard work keeping tabs. Will be happy if Chels bring one back!

Just finished trading out of my Betis loss position. It's now showing a very healthy +0.28p

Shocking goalkeeping - lucky the ref blew for free kick - not sure i want him as my last line of defense whilst scalping

This ref is one to watch out for - may well be long on bookings next time he refs in Europe - 2 for dissent, 1 for time wasting and 2 for tackles where the penalised player has won the ball
Terry now playing up front

If Chelsea lose, what will be Mourinho's excuse tonight - may i suggest "that the goalposts were the wrong shape that kept Essiens shot out"
