If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

rich,
Apologies, I can only asume that this is related to the problem we had generally a few weeks ago which is now resolved. I will get james to take a look into this.

From 8:00 to 8:15 I get yesterday's market closing time chart for stocks (except on Mondays when it is blank).
For indices and sector indices it is OK, I get the first 15 minute bar.
This happens in Terminal and also in the Old Java Streaming Charts on the Charts page. Threre is no problem with the Live Intraday Charts on the same page.
Can you tell me the full name/date of the applet so I can check I'm getting the right version.

rich,
If you have the charts open before the market opens, you will need to refresh them at open to get todays intraday data - can you refresh them and let me know what happens please?

I just restarted my browser, cleared its cache plus the java cache and still have the same problem.

rich,
I am unsure as to what is causing this as I can see them fine (both stocks and indices). I will have to think about possible causes and come back to you.
Ian
Edit,
Rich, I have just reproduced it. I will let the techies know and get back to you when resolved.

I have sent a couple of emails to MAM (one last night and one this morning) about problems in upgrading to Level 2. Whilst I was not expecting them to be answered/sorted immediately could you please give me some sort of idea when they are likely to be dealt with.
Many thanks
Andrew

Ian.
Still love the new magazine 'live' format. But...
Could I just say that, if it's possible, could the zoom facility be improved? It goes from (with my 56year old eyes) barely readable to in-your-face and a little bit hard to navigate size. Perhaps one level in between would be good.

what basis is the price for GBS being quoted? it looks wrong to me as its showing as 66p but it should be about 33 or $66.

Bolshi,
I will speak to the tech guys.
potatohead,
Unfortunately, our system will only show prices to 2 decimal places.
Spaceman,
I will take a look into it,
Ian
