The Directors of Zyzygy Plc are pleased to announce that the Company's investee
company, Marine Track Ltd ("Marine Track"), has engaged Ellis Stockbrokers Ltd,
City Financial Associates Ltd, Bircham Dyson Bell LLP, and Hazelwoods LLP to
advise and assist with the admission to trading of Marine Track to the AIM
market of the London Stock Exchange plc ("AIM").

Marine Track is a telematics company which specialises in ship alert and
tracking systems for both the commercial shipping and the private leisure
markets. The decision to proceed towards an initial public offering ("IPO") has
been taken on the back of a steadily increasing demand for it's product both
domestically and internationally. It is intended that Marine Track Plc admit to
trading on AIM on or around the 30th July 2007.
