Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Chaspebble - Can you remember what stock you were last looking at on the Charts, Trades or Research pages?

Can't tell you what it was in Quote, but in Charts and Research, if I go into them now, it says DEX. Still can't get into Quote. DEX was definitely what I looked at in Charts. As for Research, wassat, then? ;-)

Anyone having trouble with DOW and UKX EPICs on their watchlist? Both of these disappeared from my watchlist when I tried to add a new EPIC.

The warrants information from OnVista is all very well, but it has the slight drawback of being utterly useless. SEDOL code is no use to man or mouse, what we need is the "EPIC" (ie the TIDM code).

I too sometimes get problems loading stockwatch. Grey centre panel takes 25 secs to clear. Repeat visits then mostly work but sometimes (30% of attempts) I get the headers and tail bits but blank white centre for 5 secs or so till it finally loads. No firewall. Have been told that it's because with W95/98 (I still have w95 on this PC) the latest Java doesn't fully install, even though it says it has. (??)(or something like that - I no techie)

When I get around to it I shall be switching to a newer PC which has been sat behind me in its box all month, but meanwhile shall continue with over-the-road's stockwatch ;-)

Incidentally, I have to scroll about an inch sideways to see these BB pages, as the BB Trader/Investor tabs overhang.

I had a am email alert me today that RSA was >130! I can tell you that it never got this high today! Very odd.

In market scan Northern electric has been elevated to having the biggest market cap in the LSE !!

Problems with Internal email.

I sent one and was sent one in return. Neither was received.

They do arrive like a normal email in my OE, right ?

From within the Directors Shareholding sub-section of Market Scan, the header tabs are still in Beta test mode and haven't been updated for site launch.

I personally think 15 minute delayed feeds is a thing of the past.

I suggest live only feeds day 1 for all UK Indices and Sector codes

Don't know if this has been mentioned before, but sets stocks prices are showing the mid of the bid/offer as the price rather than the price of the last AT.

I have noticed if the first MM to open a quote before 8am has an offer that is above the quote eg
MM1 100-120p
MM2 90-110p
Quote 100-110p
If trigger is set at say 120p and MM1 opens his quote first it triggers an email
