considering the weak market, SOLA has performed pretty well today, eking out a small rise of 6p to 555 having been down about 25p earlier in the day ..... given how badly overblown the sp got for a while yesterday, that is a solid performance.


from a personal point of view, would have been very happy to see a dip to 480 where i had lodged a buy order ...... not tonight josephine!!

Just make sure you are in for the next rns. I guaratee it will be better than the market expects. This will then be hit by broker upgrades.The highest target price I have heard so far is 9. Don't forget Bai himself as said he wants to turn this into
a 2billion mcap company do the maths.

money+ .... if i may just comment fairly briefly on SOLA ..... SOLA is something of an oddity ..... many or even most newcos get off to a flying start and then falter .... by and large, SOLA's sp has gone from strength to strength ..... for myself, if i fam holding stock at the time and feel the price has gone far enough, at least for the time being, i'll take a profit, always with a view of buying back later, ideally at a lower price ...... on a couple of occasions, i have bought back at a higher price, but still made a profit ..... never forget that a profit is no profit until it's banked ..... like most of us, i have on occasion allowed greed to get the better of me and failed to act prudently.

while SOLA would certainly look to have a rosy future, the graveyard is littered with companies (and their investors) that have failed to live up to expectations and anticipations ..... thus, should SOLA disappoint at any time, be prepared for massive fallout.

why should i research? ...... i care very little what the CEO had for breakfast .... my only interest is whether (i think) a share is going to move up or down .... if research is your thing, then carry on ..... if you want to run profits, or losses for that matter, then carry on ..... if you wish to disappear into outer space, then be my guest ..... in this instance, i was merely commenting on something money+ wrote on SEO.

may have had to pay more than my earlier exit price, but who cares? ...... was happy to bank the profit and put the money into gold, which yielded well too .... sold that to get back in here, so certainly no blood spilt and probably slightly better than that if i could be bothered to look at the nett results of each.

Nice one. Unfortunately I have no time to think about doing anything remotely clever right now, as I am in the throes of planning a move back from Frankfurt to the UK. However, I may have found someone who's willing to pay me enough for my furniture to cover the costs of moving the rest of my stuff back to Bournemouth, so I think that deserves a double caramel caffe latte! :o)
