Katie Hopkins might be outspoken, but she's got a point.

Given the publicity the petition to accept more refugees has received, it's only gained 100k signatures. A petition to reinstate Jeremy Clarkson would probably gain more public support.

Despite feeling pity for them, clearly the vast majority of the great British public do not want to accept those people. And why should they? It would be far better if Italy and Greece secured their borders better.

It is good of Cameron to tell us that the country is a moral country.

It is a sad reflection that this government which is so caught up with pandering to its far right wing, "bankers" and little englanders that it afraid to make a moral stance itself.

A gutless corrupt leadership trying to hang on to power at any expense of anybody than themselves.
